So he came to my house and brought the wrong size battery. Then went to get another 1 came back 2 hours later had trouble putting the battery in on my impala. Put the battery in finally and didn’t work and he said he didn’t know what it could be then I cash app him and he said we were good. Couple hours later he text me and said I own him 50 more dollars and when I said you said we were good he cursed me out and was getting aggressive. I sent him 25 dollars and told him never contact me again. He is a horrible business man never use him a lot of other good company’s deserving of money but not this boy

Amazing Service. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable on vehicle diagnosing. Fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. +++ 2010 Lincoln MKZ shifter cable came a loose. He was able to get me back going quickly. He charges $150 diagnosis fee upfront before service, which is pretty reasonable compared to others.

This guy is the worst mechanic ever. Deceitful and dubious, he is all about milking his customers without getting the work done. He doesn’t know the work, keeps giving false diagnosis. Please be warned, stay clear of him, simply don’t use him. He is a bad reputation in his field.

So I called this guy a week ago and he couldnt make it that day. But he came the next morning He then charges me $155 for diagnosis. I thought it was a little steep but Im giving him the benefit of doubt thinking his work must be good. he give me the diagnosis and tells me the parts i need i go and spend $500 on parts then he charges me 400 for the labor to put a thermostat in replace the water pump and the transmission mount. so i paid him upfront cause that is “how he does business ” and i let him work. i had to leave and he didnt finish the job he did it all but the transmission mount and he claimed i had the wrong part only to turn around and say i never paid him to put it on then he never had a list of prices but told me he charges $250 to put water a pump on but he would give me a discount then switched it and said he charges $350 to put it on a chevy sonicSERIOULY This guy messed me over Im still in the same spot maybe even worse.

Chris did amazing work on my luxury vehicle! He was thorough and knowledgeable about every part that needed to be fixed on my SUV. I'm so glad he was available and fast at doing his work! A1 successfully troubleshot issues with my Mercedes ABS system. Not only did A1 diagnose the issue they later completed the repairs at my work location when the parts arrived which were special order only. Chris was extremely responsive and communicative when scheduling appts and providing quotes for service. The prices are very reasonable and there were no hidden charges once on site. I greatly appreciate their service and customer service and would refer them to anyone.

Chris did a great job of fixing a cosmetic issue inside one of the wheel wells and also quickly identified an actuator issue and replaced the component after I bought a replacement at the auto parts store. He also identified an issue with one of my battery terminals and quickly fixed that as well. Definitely recommend Chris - did a great job!

Chris is the only person that will be working on my vehicle from here on out. Had a battery issue that he diagnosed and even went further to ensure the issue would be handled right the first time (picked up clamps for me when we found out just dealing with the corrosion wasn’t enough). 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing mobile service for the best and fairest price

Chris was able to come out and diagnose my car problem and resolve promptly. He was professional honest and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend. I called Chris for a second job on a different car and he came out and was able to repair an alternator belt issue that had on my Corolla that was caused by the dealer. Chris’ knowledge of how to fix my car was beyond what any dealer would understand how to fix. Once again superior job from Chris, thanks again! Horrible, DO NOT I repeat do not hire him. I called him to fix a problem and he charge me $150 and didn’t even fix the problem. Then we tried to solve the problem over the phone because he LEFT, Then told me it would be $250 to fix the problem when my other mechanic charged $80. Don’t let him RIP YOU OFF.

I had an issue with starting my car engine and Chris was able to diagnose that it was cause from a bad starter and was able to fix it within the same day. He knows what he is doing and well versed in the field with many years of experience. And most importantly unlike most other mobile auto diagnostic services he saves you money on spending over wrong root causes. Will recommend his services to all my friends.

My car wouldn’t start and Chris was able to come out within 20min of my call. He determined it was a dead battery and was able to get me started but I appreciate that after doing that he also made sure to check my fuses, test the alternator, and the starter to make sure those were working properly. He did a really thorough job to make sure he was diagnosing my issue correctly. He also explained to me every step of what he was doing. I would definitely use him again. Thank you!
