Our son was stranded with horses in a horse trailer in New Mexico! They were awesome finding new rims and tires and getting the guys back in the road!

You will not find any better service or honest person to deal with than Kevin who owns the company. If I could leave a ten star rating I would because he is that great to deal with. Kevin helped us out with our 15 horse Semi trailer in Clovis New Mexico that we purchased out there while I was in Oklahoma City changing all the tires and wheels on the trailer for me. Kevin went out of his way to go out look the trailer over for me and helped me get it road ready to move it to Okc. He is fantastic with tires and service that cannot be matched and an even better person. If you are in need regarding service and Tires Kevin at A-1 is the guy to call. A1 Mobile Tire Service was absolutely awesome on Sept 4 2024. Called Good Sams roadside assistance multiple times only to be disconnected off the phone, one guy said he tried to call and it went to voice mail, which it didn't and another guy tell me that I didn't have towing available on my policy, even though it was a Platinum plan. After 4 1/2 hours of sitting and trying to get someone to respond I called and spoke with Kevin. He went above and beyond to help us out and his service guy was awesome.i would highly recommend their service to anyone who needs roadside assistance.

A Great Company! Kevin was communicating with us until late into the night after we contacted him about our flat tire in our RV. We were on a tight schedule and he made sure they were at our RV Park first thing the next morning! They were quick and professional and identified another issue we had that we werent aware of. He saved our bacon!! Call them first!!

Phenomenal, answered a call at 1030PM (hours are not wrong, phone will be answered) and set up a perfect plan for the morning. 45 minute delay on a cross country drive. Professional and timely. If you’re in a bad situation don’t think twice about calling. This company has multiple 5 star reviews for a reason

We had a tire blow out on our RV and this company not only answered the phone right away but worked really hard to save us money despite being an emergency after hours. The mechanic that came to change the tire was so efficient professional and polite we were extremely impressed. The whole process was fast, easy and well done.

A1 should be the first to come up when doing a google search for mobile repair. The owner was easy to contact and provided fair costs. The mechanic was very thorough with his work. After getting 2 tire change outs on my RV, requested the mechanic to inspect the rest. I ended up changing all tires and this was all completed in just a couple hours. Thank you A1!

Legit best company in Albuquerque! Made several calls and no one could help. Called them and a hour later they got 4 new tires for us! We had 2 blow outs and they HANDLED IT! Very nice! Very personal and just an amazing experience. Don’t call the other guys cuz we found out they can’t help! These guys did! And with respect! Trust me and don’t waste time! Just call these guys

Kevin, Sammy and crew are the greatest! Not only did Kevin find me a deal on 6 new tires for our motorhome, they came out and replaced them at our RV site. Then, weeks later, they came out and removed, checked, reinstalled, and reinflated one tire when we apparently loosened the valve extension accidentally. Their quick response meant we'll be on the road as scheduled. THANKS!!

Fantastic service! We had a double blowout on a heavy trailer 50 miles West of Albuquerque. Called AAA and got no assistance for the type of trailer. Luckily we found A1! We called around 5am and Kevin answered alert and professional. He picked up the tires as soon as the warehouse opened and came with a second tech to knock it out on the spot. They also checked pressure on our other tires. I could not have hoped for better service!

I am a NY company running OTR. My truck picked up a load from Winston Mine and was on gravel for about 16 miles damaging some recaps causing flats on i40 East. I called Kevin at 1 a.m. and he quickly sent his guy to my truck location within 30 minutes. Not only that but he gave me a flat rate for a brand new tire where others were charging an arm and a leg and then some. I highly recommend A1 Mobile Tire Service LLC for response time, professionalism and good ethics.

I can’t say enough about how attentive they were to my needs. We had a blow-out on a travel trailer that left it stranded 25 miles out. They had it repaired and on our timeline without me even being there! We need “helpers” like this everywhere.

Kevin and Sammy are well skilled professionals. Broke down on I 40 in Albuquerque and they saved the day. Am waiting on special order RV tires and a rim but am in a safe place because of them. Highly recommend. Wonderful honest folks. Thanks A1 Mobile Tire. Update Tires arrived. Sammy and Tom installed new steering tires and got us on our way. 700 miles later all is well. Absolutely recommend for services. A1 will seek out solutions not excuses.

Kevin and team were amazing! Traveling from Arkansas to Las Vegas, NV we blew out a tire on our fifth wheel along with a hydraulic line for our jacks and slides. We got our spare put on but weren't comfortable continuing our trip until everything was checked over and the hydraulic line fixed. We parked for the night at a travel center (with two toddlers and our Australian Shepherd) and started looking for anyone that may be open the next day which of course was a Sunday. After reading reviews on Google we called A1 Mobile Tire Service LLC at 9:00AM on Sunday and Kevin gave us instant reassurance that we would be back on the road as soon as possible. Not only was Kevin able to handle the tires, he had a great recommendation for the hydraulic work too (Louie with TLC fleet service) that actually took care of us that evening and Kevin got us four new tires first thing Monday morning. Between the two of them, we were up and rolling by 10:00 AM on Monday! Our service was efficient, friendly and thorough. We were given an honest cost upfront of tires and labor within ten minutes of calling and Kevin has continued to check on us during our trip making sure the tires are treating us well. He even sent us a link to order a new wheel center cap after we realized ours flew out on the way to the shop. Best experience you could have blowing out a tire traveling through New Mexico!!

While hauling out horses to Texas we had an issue with a hub and a broken leaf spring. This brother team got us back on the road in no time and made sure to check all of the tires on our trailer.

great experience, not that fixing a tire is that great. Tire problems on a Sunday 40 miles from Albuquerque. Called them and they were happy to come out that day if I had a spare, which I thought I did not have. But Monday morning got a call to meet them at the tire place to pick up replacement and immediately went to change/put new tire on. What impressed me was their professionalism, safety consciousness and timely response considering it being a Sunday. All said and done, I certainly would use them again!
