I went there 2 days in a row. 1 st for a front 22in tire, which they had multiple brands and affordable prices. The 2nd day I went to get my brake calipers done and omg the guy doing it did an amazing job.Staff is great and friendly. Ask for the Boss man(owner) tell them I sent you ! I definitely recommend this tire and rim shop.

On November 7, 2024, I purchased four tires from A-1 Tire & Wheels and financed the purchase through their partner, American First Finance (AFF). Their salesperson, Julian, assured me that AFF offered a “4-month same-as-cash” financing option and that the total price, including sales tax, would be $1,650. Based on this information, I agreed to proceed with the financing. After signing the financing contract, I received an email from AFF indicating that my total repayment amount would be $1,849.99—an amount that was not disclosed at any point before or during the signing process. The contract I signed explicitly listed $1,650 as the total repayment amount, and AFF confirmed that the $1,849.99 was not stated anywhere in the contract. On November 14, 2024, I contacted A-1 Tire & Wheels to address this issue. My husband and I spoke with the manager, Gabriel, who was dismissive, rude, and unwilling to assist. Despite our repeated requests for him to review the contract and show us where the $1,849.99 was listed, he ignored our concerns and continued to insist that the additional amount was included. Gabriel did not acknowledge or apologize for Julian’s misinformation, nor did he offer any resolution. Instead, he deflected responsibility, stating that “we usually always say that,” despite clear evidence that we were misled in this case. He further stated that if there was an issue, the finance company should contact them directly, leaving us to bear the financial burden of their error. This experience has been extremely frustrating and financially stressful. A-1 Tire & Wheels misrepresented their financing options, failed to provide transparent and accurate information, and handled our concerns with unprofessionalism and indifference. I have reported this company to the BBB to investigate A-1 Tire & Wheels for their deceptive practices, lack of accountability, and poor customer service. No customer should have to endure this level of negligence and disregard.

I bought 4 “New” tires that were a year old. The gentleman in the office was hardly helpful in providing good customer service making customers feel like a nuisance rather than paying customers. When I received my car bead sealers was covering face of my wheels without being cleaned and worst of all every tire had a different tire pressure in it ranging from 45 PSI to 36 PSI. There is a big problem in a lack of professionalism by both the salesman and the technicians mounting the tires. I took my car to my proffered mechanic and before he re balanced my tires at the correct tire pressure be told me every lug nut was over tightened. Assuring me they just used an impact to place my tires without using a torque stick.
