Awesome staff. They got my 2018 cadillac escalade esv electrical grimlin resolved in a very timely manner that two other shops wasn't able to fix. Staff very friendly and communicated what the problem was and cost to fix. Had my vehicle back in two days..

I went to align my car because it was wearing out a tire, it was the only fault I had and it should be noted that I let go of the steering wheel and the car did not move, it turns out that I ended up paying $410 and now my car is worse than how I took it, it has already been 2 times, it is not aligned because according to them the chassis is twisted and they could not do more, now my car goes to one side, the steering does not return and I have stability problems. Personally I feel cheated and I wouldn’t recommend it.

I have absolutely never had a better experience in a business, EVER! completely unbiased as I called other shops and they could not get to me, but they said to come on it. I have felt like family to them, came in with my cat, and they treated me and roman(my cat) like more than family. I can't wait to stop back by just to say thanks. Some of the nicest and most genuine people. Much, much love

The boss is so friendly and nice when he greets you.He is very reasonable on prices. His team will get you in and out the same day without any problems. If they find a problem while fixing your car they will let you exactly what it is you need done with pricing. His employees aver very nice and helpful as well.

This place is AWESOME! The mechanics are great, the service was great, and the cost was lower than the other places I checked. I dropped my car and had lot of work done. I was so surprised that they were able to get it done by the end of the day. My car is running like it’s brand new now!! If you have any auto maintenance concerns, DEFINITELY check this place out! You won’t be disappointed!!

Called and said motor didn’t have any oil in it. But also wanted to check the starter as that could be why it wasn’t starting. They put oil in it and a starter and vehicle started. Only to find out 2 days later engine won’t rev over 2000 rpm’s! Very questionable business practice to charge $500 for a repair they knew wasn’t going to work!

Waited for them to show when they did they got I to my car without asking me looked at the engine and decided it was going g to be to difficult to do and left well that what they said when I called cause they wasn't going to even call .I think g he u judged me off my AR being ghetto and decided I didn't hear enough money .I can't believe that they think n it's OK to get in my car without permission from me they really think they are better then us poor people f ongoing use them they said they can t do it if it's to difficult

They lied about what they had fixed on my car such as the oil Leake and coolant hose replace fluids oil change and coolant then they said my motor was shot I had my car tow from their shop to and diagnostic auto place there was no oil in the car or coolant and nothing had been fixed. Very un ethical

Hired a mechanic awhile back that totally messed my car up , brought it to these gentlemen here at a2z and completely did a 180 and my car was running as good as when I got it! Everyone was wonderful and welcoming I am HIGHLY pleased with this wonderful place .

I went in to get my serpentine belt put on my car and they told me I had major oil leaks so then they went along with the "repairs" $2387.56 later I still have oil leaks ( they told me they replaced all the seals) and they can't help me because I don't have a receipt. I asked if the man can look it up he said it's on me to find it but they will be happy to take the car I just will have to pay again. They have good personality great talking skills but as for services no don't go here.

Doesn't produce a final invoice for the problem but instead an itemized parts invoice. Issues appear to be not confirmed fixed by staff and diagnostics seems to miss several issues even though full diagnostics were requested. Differing information was also given about parts availability and part that was "out of stock" was found online easy for purchase and delivery the next day by myself. Some issues were fixed and staff seemed in a good mood though.

They found my problem with my truck and fixed it fast. I was expecting to wait a week but they finished in 2 days. The final price was also reasonable as I was anticipating something higher. Good place.

Im not the type of person to leave reviews but i have to with this one. This was/is terrible customer service… Insurance fraud against my car was committed at this shop by JR.. he claims he returned the money after we had already settled a plan with the owner. this is something ill have to call my insurance about to double check.. this is just one of the issues that showed their unprofessionalism. Insurance fraud is obviously illegal at any level. This was thousands of dollars worth.. spent on JRs personal time. (Which he admitted to) I could sit here and go into all details of the multiple issues we’ve faced the past couple of months within this shop, but I’m just going to say that this is absolutely not a trustworthy shop and they will over charge you on anything you bring. Even labor they claimed to be done (and that obviously got paid to be done) was not completed.. which resulted in the vehicle to continuously break down leaving my partner and i very confused and in unfortunate situations because we were being lied to. I recommend getting a second opinion from another shop to make sure you’re not paying ridiculous amounts of “labor” and would also recommend to be in close contact with your insurance company because JR claimed to not even know my vehicle or my partners name to our insurance company.. which he had talked and met with him multiple times for going on 2 months now. Just ridiculousness through and through with this shop. 1 star is still too much.

Really great people! Service it’s amazing took my car to them after a mechanic told me my car won’t start no more after lots of parts were changed. I called One Stop, Luis answered and told him what was my issue about my car he told me to not worry about it they’ll have my car running, it’s been a month from this day and my car been operating really great
