Expedited, professional, quality work, great service at reasonable price. Rick and his crew were amazing. We are from Virginia and one of our units broke down in El Paso, TX. They picked up the unit, which had a loaded trailer attached and they helped us deliver the trailer to the destination. They got to working on the unit right away. They kept us informed through the whole process and truck was back up and on the road in 3 days, which given the amount of repairs it incurred, it was really fast. We are really pleased with the service provided. Will recommend to anyone who wishes quick, efficient repairs to get back on the road quickly and efficiently.

I had major work on my Cummins motor a new head .they put me in and started on taking it apart that day.they were very good and fast to get you back on the road.and the price was way better than anyone else out here.i would use them again,great people and service.

I went there with my truck to fix it and diagnosed report in my hand I told him to change injector but in the end they didn’t fix it and also when I told him I wanna take it to Volvo dealer and they charged me 250$ for diagnose which I did not need it i already told them about the problem Bad behavior he took my truck he said you can’t take truck until you pay that amount He should not charge me for any work done but he charged me very disappointed Pleased please 🙏 don’t come here for any mechanic work they will take your money for nothing.

It was really worse situation when we went there thought it can help but They're asking money for nothing just park regen asked for take correct pay what they did but they took key kept in pocket telling if you're not paying can't take truck so very bad services even they were making fun on us

Never come here, or you will be disappointed.they are Not honest pp over charged you for labor hours, also there’no specific labor price every can tell you what ever he wants.

The machenics at a2z seems very professional and very knowledgable for what they are doing. I did 4 trucks oil changes and air compressor replacement without no issue. I would recommend you If you need any repair done, contact Armando or Fernanado.. They are the best.. I am very happy with their services..

Took my truck in on a Sunday for weird noise in the engine , got it fixed in two hours and was back on the road again for a reasonable price , will come back again for any problems

Truckers, don’t recommend this mechanic shop u will get rip-off I had an in frame don her + They charged me almost 2k to rebuilt the head a machine shop and all they did scam me they only painted it through the outside I found out wen some of the exhaust manifold bolts were falling off because the bolt holes we’re stripped and wen it was taken o part the head was not touch by machine shop. the head top cover was removed also and there was a broke nut and bolt from the j brake adjustment it was over torque removed all 6 injectors and the injector cups were all old and full of carbon so it was not touch buy a machine shop.and there’s more to it but with this review you know what kind of people they are.

Saturday morning. 2016 Peterbilt was making some odd noises when driver pushes the throttle. I called them. They took us in right away checked it out and had us back on the road in couple hours. Appreciate the honest Quick work Prices are very reasonable as well Would highly recommend this shop for any diesel repairs

THIS PLACE IS A HUGE RIP OFF, DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! I took my kenworth T680 here because I had a check engine light on. They said they couldn't find anything and that I had to take it to the dealer. I also asked to have the teflon replaced on my fifth wheel but they weren't able to get it. Well when all was said and done all they ended up doing was change the Def filter and hooking it up to the computer for the check engine light for that they changed $704. What's even worse is that I could have gotten that done in California, of all places, for way cheaper.

Inexperienced overpriced mechanics that charge you for something you already know and then can't fix it , sending you to a dealer. Don't recommend anyone this place.

Installed radiator 10/18/2020 Radiator failed 2/25/2021 Took it to another shop, shop says cross braces installed improperly. Contacted the business they assumed no responsibility and claimed warranty is out. Normally radiator does not fail in less then 3 month. Compare cross marks with another unit you can clearly see how cross bars were improperly installed. Issue has nothing to do with anything else. Shop takes only EFS/COM checks so the carriers will not dispute anything with credit cards companies - BEWARE OF the shop ethics. Shop has admitted in the past carriers disputing CC charges with the credit companies.

My daughter and son in law were driving through El Paso coming from Tucson and headed to Nashville. Fuel injector module went out on my 2001 F250 7.3 Liter diesel. I called A2Z, they got my kids right in and had them back on the road in 4&1/2 hours. Very grateful they were there when I needed them

Sent my truck over there couple weeks ago for injector knock, and I told which injector it was it was in the easiest spot, would've been a 30 minute job, and they charged me 240 for labor, I honestly don't mind, but what got me mad was I sent my truck clean very clean I cleaned it the day before, when I got it back its was very dirty everything had a layer of dirt, now I'm not sure If they went offroading in it or they left a door open or what, but ill tell you it got me mad, also they broke my charging port when they were installing my button. (UPDATE) Its February i sent the truck Christmas eve just found that they didn't put the back on properly, it has been spraying diesel every where absolutely unacceptable.

Spent 4700.00 to get my truck fixed and it still doesn't drive right. Was no way it was test drove. I cant get it over 45 miles with out it Jenking so hard my check engine light comes on and off. Waste of money. Still can't use it as my work truck.

The shop charged $80.00 to go pick up a part of about $5.00 within a radius of 5 miles. The shop charged $18.00 for the same $5.00 part. $226.00 for a thirty minute job.

Gave high estimate for basic repair, approved it because we needed it done. Upon repair being done they added an extra 15% to bill with no explanation other than “shop supplies”. Rip off.
