I recently took my car to AA Auto for a $500 window repair. While they did fix the window, they broke my car’s armrest during the process. Since my car is older, the part they broke is hard to replace, which I understand. However, their handling of the situation has been awful. When I asked for some type of refund—not even a full one, just something—they flat-out refused. Instead, they told me I need to find the replacement part, buy it myself, and then bring it to them so they can fix the damage they caused. To make matters worse, the “manager” dismissed my concerns by saying, “Just file a complaint.” That’s the level of care they have for their customers. They did offer an oil change instead of a refund, but why would I ever take my car back to a business that’s so careless and unwilling to take accountability for their mistakes? Accidents happen, but how they’re handled makes all the difference—and AA Auto failed miserably. I wouldn’t trust them with my car again, and I can’t recommend them to anyone looking for quality service or professionalism.

**WARNING** Do not bring your vehicle here for a transmission rebuild. They will screw you so bad that they will charge you for half a** work that you can most likely figure out on your own and figure out way sooner. It took them 2 months to do a “transmission rebuild” but yet, still did not get the job done and I am still having transmission issues today. I had to take my vehicle in 3 times (thank the lord for warranty) within 2 months. As soon as I got it back I was having transmission cooler line issues, transmission leaks the size of the Pacific Ocean, transmission jerking issues, transmission overheating, etc…. My point is, save yourself $4,600 and take it into somewhere reliable and that is familiar with this kind of work and worth your money. Again, I brought my vehicle in 3 times and my tranny is still having issues. Overall, great guys in the office, but are super clueless and lack knowledge in this line of work. DO NOT COME HERE, find someone reliable and you can trust or become YouTube certified because you definitely better off with time and money. 1 star is actually very generous of me, because with the cost of “this kinda work” it truly needs no star. Smog check for $10, best deal in town. In and out in 20 minutes. Thanks guys!! I'll be back... A year later Nov 2024, came back for another smog check same thing. In and out in 15 minutes this time. Got an oil change earlier this year, what can I say about this shop. they are the best... keep up the good work and I will be a forever customer! Thanks

My 1st time taking my 2019 Nissan Altima. Was 2nd to be checked in as I arrived 7:30am and tney open at 8AM( 1st come 1st serve) Joe & George took care of my car in a timely manner and I received great service. Will be returning. Thank you!

I would highly recommend AA auto!!!! George help me out….Gave me a great quote and charged that amount for my oil pressure switch. He did not overcharge me like other Auto Shop were trying to do. They got it done fairly quick and re-smogged by vehicle for me. Very very satisfied customer!

Joe and George are always so professional and helpful and unlike other mechanic shops, those guys are extremely Honest. They don’t overcharge you and it has been instances that I take my car and if it’s a small thing, they don’t even charge me they just take care of it. I highly recommend AA Auto for all your auto care.

So, I see a coupon in the mail for a $10 smog test. I clip the coupon and drive the 15 minutes to this place. I walk in the door and am told that it'll be about an hour before they'll do the job. ....Without a word, I chuckle and walk out the door. What a disgraceful way to do business. Why put out the coupon? Do they think that not only will people sit there for an hour waiting for a 3-minute smog test, but also that they'll get return business from the people who walk in with this wonderful deal? For shame.

DON'T GO HERE! I had the $40 coupon that included free break inspection and tire rotation with a synthetic oil change. They only did the oil change. They said I had to request those services... but I did. And they didn't do them. If you get these coupons in the mail, go to the OTHER locations. Not this one.

Not sure whether it's my 2001 Rav4 or myself who LOVES this AA Auto Care more. I have appreciated for years now their help at AA Auto Care #800, in keeping us both very happy and safely on the road. George has been especially awesome this time around, as after c 270,000 miles (!), my old transmission finally died. I could have perhaps had this significant work done more quickly had I gone to Toyota, but George understands my financial status as a now retired schoolteacher, and cares personally about the value of maintaining worthwhile and still efficient older vehicles on our planet. Besides arranging a ride home for me after dropping off the car, and another to pick it up, he successfully tracked down across the country a super low mileage excellent transmission and other parts. Using his discriminatory expertise, he included new original parts if any aftermarket or used parts could and would NOT do the jobs required, all to improve numerous other aspects of my elderly car and bring it back to excellent overall health for years to come now. My total bill for the transmission AND all the other many significant maintenance improvements I'm quite sure was way less than even just a transmission replacement by Toyota. (I do understand why Toyota ONLY uses their own "nicely" priced new parts no matter what might be costs, for their liability, and massive extra profit !) Meanwhile, George's expertise at weighing and offering all options is invaluable for someone like me who will not easily and blithely hand over way more cash for whatever a dealership routinely demands and gets away with for their customers who may know nothing about car repair other than handing over their mysteriously complicated vehicle and then opening their wallets. So....Thanks again to AA Auto Care and the mechanics and George, from myself and my happy vehicle.

This AA auto is not nice. I called about oil change with coupon and the guy who answered the phone said he would not use 5/30 oil anf only 5/20. I told him currently my car uses 5/30 and ALWAYS used 5/30. He said no and it would cost me 39.99 instead of 9.99. My car is 2000 honda accord. What a jerk as he just wanted to make more money instead of honoring the coupon for 9.99. Also, I was adding a AC Evac and recharge do he would have made money on that. I do not recommend this AA auto. Go to the AA auto on 4665 West Ann Road, they are a lot nicer to work with.

Been coming here for years and they’ve always treated me right. Couldn’t recommend the shop highly enough. They will always be honest and upfront and although you may not like to hear what they have to say it’s always truth.

I found this shop on a newspaper ad and decided after failures of mechanics to give them a try, Joe in the front was extremely helpful and was very knowledgeable about what was going on with my car and what needed to be done to repair my car. I had no issues whatsoever and I appreciate his amazing service. Definitely a repair shop to take your car to.

Our car broke down in North Las Vegas while on a road trip. Tow Truck driver recommended AA. We had an alternator that went out. They had great communication and fixed it up for a reasonable price. Great work!

Brought my truck in for a smog check and it was completed within fifteen minutes of arriving. I paid $10.00 for the test, got the paperwork I needed, and was on my way. Great service, friendly staff, and convenient location. Highly recommend.

You can trust them, they are honest and will do everything they can to help you with your car. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but that store. I’ve been here twice this week, first for smog ($10 with the coupon…check your mail!!) and came back today for an oil change. Joe and George were both great; they weren’t offended when I asked them to show me that they had the right oil for my car…even took me out and showed me they had it in bulk. The crew was careful not to overfill the engine, which has been a problem with my car. I’m super happy, and (with my coupon) paid half the price of Jiffy Lube. It’s so hard to find a good mechanic…I’ll DEFINITELY be coming back.

When it comes to car care and maintenance there's nothing more important than trust and honesty in your shop. Always a great experience with George and Joe! We have been coming to the shop for about 12 years, have had multiple vehicles cared for. They're always up front about what's wrong with your vehicle, which I would rather know than not. They will take you out to show you any issues with your car first hand, so that way you have a good understanding of any issues and what needs to be completed for maintenance. When making their recommendations they always prioritize what needs to be done immediately and what is coming down the road. Their prices are affordable and their service is always good. With having kiddos and living in triple digit conditions, my shop keeps my van up and running without any emergency breakdowns. Highly recommend coming here for your maintenance and repairs!

Brought my car in March 23rd for a diagnosis everything was fine however, A gift card that was in my side door panel has been missing since. I never thought this would happen while they’re supposed to be working they’re ransacking my car. If you take your car here.. take all your belongings before leaving it with them. I’ve being using this location for about 2 years now and I wish I would’ve known about them sooner. George and Joe are very cool and down to earth! My truck is a 2011 and has a lot of wear n tear that they’ve corrected for me. Made a huge difference in how my truck drives! She may be a 2011 but she drives like the recent models! This is by far the best mechanic I have come across in Las Vegas. I'm from Los Angeles and it's been a challenge to find a trustworthy mechanic. My car broke down on the side of the freeway in the middle of the night. I called AAA and the tow truck driver Lamont was amazing and I'm forever grateful for his service. He was able to identify what was wrong with my car without any inspections, and suggested that he tow my car to AA Auto Care. He told me the main mechanic, George, would be able to look at my car first thing in the morning and identify the issue. I've been dealing with electrical issues with my car since 2020 and George looked over my car and found a solution immediately. I'm forever thankful for his service, not only did he solve the issues I paid for but he also added an oil change, changed all of my fluids, and even made a new key fob for my car since I didn't have a spare. I'm now a loyal customer. If you need a good mechanic I recommend this shop to anyone in Vegas. They also have 24hour towing service. Thank you George and your team for assisting us during this trying time, and making it a great experience despite the frustrations from my car. You are the Greatest!!!!!
