AA Auto is one of those places where you always feel comfortable going to in a time in need. Ozzy operates this shop off of honesty, transparency, uses high quality parts and doesn’t overcharge you like most shops do. This shop has helped me get my truck back on the road in a timely fashion and the work done has always been A quality. I highly recommend this gem to every single person and this shop deserves the recognition in the city of San Antonio as one of the best shops here in town. I been using this place a few years now. Oscar is great! I am single with one car and he always help me make sure I get my car back in one day! He has great prices and he is front up on what is needed done. I will continue going to him while I am in San Antonio!

I remember meeting Ozzy a few years back & it was the best decision I ever made. Since the start, he has always been trustworthy, reliable, fair in all of his services. He has done a remarkable job with his shop & I can’t state enough how much he has helped me through my car problems. A personable mechanic is 100% the way to go & Ozzy is all of this & MORE! Ozzy is a life saver he fixed my AC for me and helped me survive another summer of heat here in Tx. Very honest and fair on pricing and turn around time for repair. After being lied to by other mechanics, Ozzy was a hero. I was quoted $1800-$2300 for the AC repair that was needed, and he found a better fix that cost $500. Car was ready the same day and he is very kind and honest

Guys were great while I was there, explained the process in details. The process took longer than usual and I started losing my patience and getting suspicious, just to realize that I was wrong and I couldn't be happier that I was wrong. I apologized for acting like a jackass. The guys that run this place are good and honest people. I will do my best to send them more business.

It's hard to find an honest mechanic and with good prices. Here you have it all. I recommend AA to my family and friends too. I had my blower motor fixed in a timely manner and have had other issues fixed in the past.

Met expectations. Great price and great work. Also very patient. The last shop I took my car to accidentally kept my lugnut key, they kept my car in the garage while I was waiting on the other mechanic to bring it by. Everything worked out in the end. He also changed my headlight for me for $15

Went in for an engine coolant leak and came out with a lot of problems. Not sure what these guys are doing. But the reviews I read don't add up .I was definitely upcharged for a water pump that sounds like it's breaking down, mine worked perfect. My only issue was leaking coolant. they tried to get me to purchase new hoses which mine are in great shape. Every corner was an upcharge.Once I got it back within 30 minutes the clutch went out.should have known there would be an issue since the tow truck guy didn't even know how to drive a manual transmission. On top of that the bill was 1175 I was originally quoted 800. I gave the guy 1200 and he never gave me my change, instead steered me in a different direction discussing warrenty and the work he did.. This place is shady. Definitely not good at all.

Back in May of this year my son hit a curb and did some major damage to his 2015 Chrysler 200. My son only had liability insurance so he was responsible for the damages. The first Collision and Auto repair shop that he had it towed to quoted him $4800 and that wasn't including other things the guy said would cost my son as far as painting after the repair. I live out of town so I got on Google and started looking for Collision and Auto Repair shops in San Antonio that wasn't to far from where my son live. AA Auto Repair had good reviews so I called and spoke to Ozzy on the phone and told him what happened to the car. I told him that I wanted a quote and told him that I would have the car towed to his place. Well I'm glad that I did. After a week or so Ozzy called me back and told me everything that needed to be fixed. He gave me a quote that I thought was good. He seemed to be forthcoming and honest. My son's car (now mine) was repaired for about $1700 or more less than what the first repair shop had quoted my son. During the whole process Ozzy kept me updated. I drove the car back to Waco and I have not had any problems with it since. I am glad that I stumbled up on AA Auto Repair. I couldn't be more pleased.

Had took my truck to get ac compressor changed out , I dropped it off that morning and it was ready when I got off of work!! AND it was way cheaper then other shops!!! Very fast and very friendly people! Amazing service !!

I have been going to this family owned business since they’ve opened. I moved to Houston two years ago, and I still drive to San Antonio to have my maintenance (brakes, oil change, rotors, and more) done. I tried letting someone in Houston do my maintenance once, and it wasn’t the same. I can’t express enough how much my vehicles that I’ve had over the years, have been taken care of by AA. The owner of the shop Ozzy, is one of the sweetest souls I know. I won’t let anyone else touch my car. As long as I am able, I will always make the 2 1/2 hr trip to AA in San Antonio. True story !!!!

I went to him twice. Once for changing brake pads, rotors and later for changing CV Axle. I got good service both times. Also a great price. Ozzy is a friendly guy. You can rely on him. One of his mechanics is 50 years experienced who does all the critical work. My coolant used to leak. I went to a couple of mechanics. No one was able to solve it. While changing my CV Axle, he diagnosed that my car had water pump issues and it was leaking my coolant. I changed the water pump and now the coolant stays. I was so grateful to him for that.
