The customer service at this establishment is incredible. The Chick fila of auto car repair. I’m from Texas and my family and I car broke down by the casino. With them understanding my situation, they made sure that my stress levels were low. They were informational, confident and humorous. Even though I called around to other places with cheaper prices, I was confident that they would get the job done.

Jason and his team do a fantastic job taking care of their customers. I recently purchased a vehicle for my teenage driver, and took it to them for an inspection. They took the time to treat me right. Couldn't recommend them more!

I recently moved to this side of town and this is my second experience with auto shop and this shop has been a way better choice than the first experience I had with Midas on Seneca! That place is a total rip off, and I seriously think that they only know how to do oil changes & other types of easy jobs! I already made up my mind with giving this place future business, with everyone I come in contact with and they will from now on be my go to place for any kind of auto issues I'll have in the future! Jason even gave me a ride back to my house, since I was waiting on a ride before I dropped car off!!! Which that simple gesture really says alot to me about the content of character from owner of shop, which will reflect the job performance with rest of his team in my opinion!

Very nice people. They will actually treat you like a person. Other shops won’t even listen to you about what you think is wrong, this shop will give tips on how to possibly fix it yourself. From my experience they are about 30-50% cheaper than dealerships or big name shops. Definitely a 10/10 and my new mechanic for life!

Personal "friends" with the owners. Dropped my truck off for a big overhaul project. Agreement was to just get it running, which it kind of does, agreement didn't include all the things made wrong in the process! Hood doesn't fit anymore, alot of the new parts aren't right/don't fit. Tons of money spent on parts that weren't needed. It has been quite a process to try and get back to where the truck was before I dropped it off, and still working. Again, Jason was just to get it running, not make anything worse!

Had car troubles while traveling. The team stayed late on a Saturday to finish the repair and get my family back on the road. Price was fair for the work that was completed for me on a Saturday.

I had a question concerning a rough experience with another auto repair shop in town. Jason gladly spoke with me yesterday for 15mins about my questions, concerns and provided advice on how to handle the situation with the other shop. He treated me as if I was already a customer of his. I will be taking all my repair needs to them because of the level of service and I wasn't even a customer yet.

Jason is the BEST! he is upfront and Honest in regards to pricing, he is thorough... informs you of repairs, pricing, and potential changes in price depending on what repairs are diagnosed after a full inspection of the vehicle. I am now having Jason look into repairing another one of my vehicles 2005 Acura TL , will definetly continue to us This shop for all my auto repair needs and will recommend to anyone in need of auto repairs of any kind!

I went here with a friend and lost my wallet yesterday, and Jason was so kind he found it and had it locked up the whole time, and when I went to pick it up he gave me a ride to my next destination. Super nice guy to do business with. When I get a vehicle I definitely will take my car to him if I need help getting it fixed.

What a great experience!! I was looking for a repair shop that I could trust and feel comfortable with.Right from the start I could tell Jason was a genuine professional but also was very personable and caring. He got my car in right away and was able to finish the job within a day. On top of all this the price for repairing my car was very reasonable. I will not be using any other repair shop in the future because Jason and his team have earned my trust. Top notch company with top notch people.

Blew out a tire one my new (used) car, a week after buying it, and Jason found me a good price for two new ones the same day. They rotated my front tires to the back and got the new ones put on in under 40 minutes.

I had a busted wheel stud while replacing a tire, he was able to schedule me in and was able to drop it off. Turnaround was quick, The price was fair and service was exceptional. Very knowledgable and will definitely return for further repairs.

I’m new to Wichita so when I had problems I was concerned about finding a good repair shop. At AA Certified I found better than good I found a Great repair shop. Honest, qualified and reasonable. Jason is really a great person. I have already referred two family members to AA Certified and for sure will go back to them whenever I need their services. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

Talked to them Saturday mid morning and they were able to have my ac checked and charged before early evening. Very friendly. Also gave me a quote on some other work that beat other shops I've had quotes done at. Will definitely use these guys again.
