It's been a while since I've been at this place but I give DAWN 10 ⭐s !! She literally saved my life I got a tire changed on my truck after replacing the tire she let it down on the jack and noticed ALOT of play in my tire ... turned out my upper control arm was about to break ! Had she not noticed this I would have driven my truck straight on the e-way and that would have ended badly!! I'm not very fond of the owner himself he's quite arrogant and should be nicer to his employees!! Thank you dawn ❤️

Called about getting some tires mounted and balanced and an alignment, asked if the alignment could be done today, guy on the phone says alignment guy is there til 5 and there should be no problem. I show up and they say the alignment guy isn't there and to come back tomorrow. Why would I come back after being lied to and wasting my time 🤣

We recently needed a tire repair. We were quickly told where to park. Once we told John what the problem was, he immediately started removing the tire for further observation. He showed us the problem and quickly began the process of repair. The whole thing took about 10 minutes. We were amazed! We have to mention the prices. No price gouging here. AA Tire Auto Repair & Alignment is highly recommended because of the prices, the expertise and the quick service.

I have yet to find a more affordable used tired dealer in this vicinity. Call in advance to inquire about your tire size and they'll let you know if is available and the cost!

I went to AA tire Auto Repair & Alignment and they do not stand behind their work. I even went back and spoke to Dawn. Still got bad service. I was told once you pull out of their lot your Alignment can hit a pot hole and they wouldn't even look at my car even though I kept the receipt. Not good business!

Normally they do me right but they sold me a very used tire and I didn’t catch it till I was home. Tried to upsale me after I already paid. I even took the tires off for them. Would have tipped but they were already pushing it. 50.00 for a worst then used junk yard tire is insane. The tire new was only 86.00

Was told by owner to drive across town to patch a tire no problem. Get there and wait 30 minutes with no interaction with anyone then was told to leave that there was no time. Terrible customer service wouldn’t even look at the car.

This place is wonderful. We got our Kia worked on. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND our expectations. Steve and Dawn were so awesome. Everyone here was so nice and they did not disappoint. 10/10 5 stars. Will def come back to have the A/C worked on.

Called them late afternoon on Sunday they had a guy staying late and took care of a tire issue for me definitely recommended for late afternoon tire issues on a Sunday

If I could give them zero I would friendly but went there twice today for the same tire just to have them replace it with a screw nail and patch on the tire tried saying it was my rim but took it to another tire shop and was told the rim was fine and wouldn’t cause the tire to do that

Been here many times now, quick and excellent service every visit. The prices and operating hours are unmatched, which is a blessing in a late evening or weekend tire emergency! Yes, is privately owned unlike a lot of expensive franchises with bit of an unconventional layout that can be confusing the first time, but nothing a reasonable and patient person can't figure out, especially when the staff is so friendly. Highly recommend!

Came here for an alignment come to find out my tire rod end was loose took it to the shop that put them on 3 months ago for them to fix came back to aa and my tire rod had fallen off. Dawn was amazing in helping me out. Had to come back today because my car was still not aligned properly she was super helpful and awesome. I would recommend this place to anyone. Also the gentleman that did the alignment was great as well. I just didn’t catch his name

Gudd mechanic on shift.. I had to leave in the middle of AC being worked on they worked with me and got me in/out the next day. Friendly unlike most places especially the woman that workes there

What a joke this place was! Nasty dirty sign on a dirty building. Did not know where to park. Everything looked filthy. No order as to when you were next. Left and went to Stepping Stones Tire repair on Berry Blvd, quick efficent service. Do not go to this place!!!!
