This place saw 2 women walk in and you could see their eyes light up. All of a sudden the person who had quoted us a price for service was "out sick" and now the work is already completed for 20% above what was quoted. They did work without permission, approval or given any option to decline and you can't undo it once it's done. I would never recommend this to anyone and I have lodged a complaint with AAA corporate as well as the BBB.

Honest mechanics here, one of the best shops in the valley Parts mark-up is high though, I'm a bit disappointed, economy is hard enough already on our financial, 5x mark up on retail prices when I am sure you pay wholesale. Amazon same shocks and struts are 400, they ask for over 2k just parts, additional 1500 for install.

The outcome of my experience may rest on whether changing the spark plugs on my vehicle fixes the problem. I have my doubts. This morning I called AAA and they said they were fairly busy and they would probably need my car all day to diagnose momentary loss of power and shaking. Also needed brake lingkage lubed . When I got there the desk guy was rude and told me my car doesn't have any brake linkages. AAA payed for my ride home but about 40 minutes after I had given them my car key they called saying bad spark plugs and wires were the problem. They had told me they would do a multipoint inspection in addition to diagnostics. Well they couldn't have had my car.in their shop more than 20 minutes. And they charge a flat rate of $164.00.

I feel as though I have found my auto repair home. Through the years I’ve tried so many and I truly feel like this place is honest and has great compassion for their customers. Jimmy is a superstar and Michael the tech is amazing also. I recommend this place very highly.

Just the time my "change oil" light came on I received a special offer from AAA so decided to take advantage of it and I'm so happy I did! From the moment I entered the shop and checked in I was treated like my oil change was a $10K job!! The front desk person was exceptionally welcoming and kept me informed as the job progressed and recommendations made by the tech. Will definitely return to this shop!

Had to replace car battery was fast and easy. Less than 30 min. Tow truck driver came gave car battery jump very nice person to deal with. All the people that work there were very nice and help full. Chuck II

Absolutely abysmal service. My car overheated on the way home from work and it was towed to this location since it was the closest to my house. It took almost a week for me to get my car back and there were CONSTANT delays and broken promises. Not only that, but only a fee days later the oil change light comes on in my car. I am cancelling my AAA membership. This is ridiculous!

Amazing services. I struggle with finding mechanics and I'm always worried about being scammed but they were extremely helpful and thorough. I even had a coupon that helped with the cost. Our service person, Jimmy Inada, was extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable. He did his absolute best to update me every step of the way and I would 1000% bring my car back here again. I now recommend them every time someone asks me about a mechanic.

Asked for a brake fluid flush and HVAC evac and recharge. They charged me for an hvac diagnostic I didn’t want and a brake flush they didn’t bother doing. I had to do the brake flush again elsewhere to have it actually performed. Attached a photo of the brake fluid after they supposedly flushed the system. Definitely not going back.

this time i was very disappointed car delivered with greasy carpet floor mats. then the price of the work was $300.00 higher than arrowhead cadillac.i have been a customer there for some time but this is not acceptable.
