This AAA Car Care Plus is a hidden gem, hiding directly across from the Kroger on Broad St in Reynoldsburg. We used to always go to the Toyota dealer wherever we were in the US for routine maintenance & repairs, those days are over thanks to the excellent care & service we have experienced at this AAA facility. From the front desk to the garage, highly professional staff who really care about their customers & their vehicles. A comfortable, roomy waiting area as well, cannot recommend them enough!

Did a fantastic job. Kelly was super polite and helpful. I went in for a battery replacement and an oil change. They did a free diagnostic and found an issue that was easily fixed at a fair price. I was wondering what was making that noise... They even worked hard to get a difficult to obtain part and finished the work quickly despite being swamped. I'm definitely returning here for all of my car repair needs.

Highly recommend this place. I noticed my brakes squealing and took my car to a shop that quoted me 1600$ to change rear calipers, rotors, and pads. Decided to do it myself, but noticed a brake fluid leak from one caliper the next day. Despite being busy, they managed to flush my brake system and tighten the bolts for me within 2 hours. No charge for checking everything for me, just the flush. Super super grateful, you guys are awesome, will definitely be back.

I had my car towed to this location with a scheduled 10AM appointment. Prior to the appointment I addressed my concerns for the vehicle. Today 30 minutes before my appointment the manager calls to say she won’t work on the vehicle. She listed a few reasons stating my tire was flat & back tail light out. As the conversation continued and my questions ran deeper in conclusion the manager said “It’s more than what they are willing to do” and to find somewhere else. Not too pleased to say the least. As a manager located at a full auto repair shop , what can you do to assist ? All I heard was everything you can’t do She completely denied me an inspection. Why wasn’t I able to get an inspection at least with a scheduled appointment and prior phone call with owner concerns. Your grandview location was able to get the job done they were just scheduled out a little further but never did they deny me service. Why at your full auto care shop was I turned away ?

Took one tire to get repaired because of a nail in the tread and hoping to get tire installed but did not,this place is atrocious and unprofessional.

Went in for a tire losing air. They found that the tires were too worn to be able to repair and gave me a quote to replace the rear tires. I declined and they waived the inspection charge. They were very friendly and helpful would recccomend!

I made an appointment for their Triple Play oil change, tire rotation and inspection the morning of April 29 more than a month in advance that was confirmed via email, but when I arrived they didn't have any record of my appointment. Luckily, for them, they were able to fit me in anyway. A little more than two months later and now I have warped brake rotors due to them not tightening my lug nuts correctly when rotating the tires. I would not recommend this location for service.

This location is a joke. My wife had a tire in a set she purchased here get a flat Monday morning of this week. She inquired about getting it plugged or patched and they told her they couldn't get to it until Saturday. She took it to the nearby Discount Tire and got it patched right away.

Excellent customer service. I worked with Justin and Brian and they were amazing to work with. Both myself and my wife go to this location and I can confirm that they are both thorough and honest. They were able to get my car in the next day and the service was quick and thorough. Very happy with this location and I cannot recommend them enough. Highly recomend this AAA for anyone in the area.

I have an older car and the techs here are very nice and straight forward I have been to this car shop 3-4 times and really like it. I normally have issues at car places with add ons and "needing" five extra things... this place doesn't do that. They even threw in an oil change for free when I needed new brakes. The manager, Justin is very friendly. I will definitely come back.

So glad I found this place! Im no expert on cars so getting repairs can be intimidating but not here! The assistant manager Brian Shonk was a really friendly guy who took great care of my car and its needs! My repairs were completed in a quick timely manner and I was notified in more than one way. I would highly recommend and will be back.

Told me I would have to leave my car overnight because they don’t know if I need a new battery or alternator. When I asked how much rep said he didn’t know price could be anywhere from $300-$800 and diagnostic is $75. Very inexperienced and potential price gauging. Went right next door to the jiffylube
