My car has been well taken care of by the AAA on Glenwood for years. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and takes time to explain things whenever I ask. just a couple days ago (day before Thanksgiving) they were able to fit me in for a last-minute trip check a little less than an hour before closing. I believe the gentleman at the desk who helped me (had glasses I think) might have been newer to the shop but he is excellent with customer service. I felt he was doing all he could to ensure my car would be looked at. When I got the printout/receipt and found out there is no cost for a trip check, that was an extra bonus! (Eddie had also helped me in the past and he is fantastic.) There have been a couple times where I’ve gone for an oil change in the last couple years and they have forgotten to put the new sticker on my window but that’s a mi or detail and I always check now before I leave to ensure it’s there.

Thanks to David and team - I had an appointment for a state inspection at 4:30pm and was able to drop my car off at 3:30pm, came back and they were done with the inspection in less than 90 minutes. Very efficient and provided important information related to the life of my car👍 appreciate the clear communication and timely delivery of service.

Always a great experience. I work for a dealership and still take my car to them for service! David was my advisor this time, and he was so patient and kind in helping me. I'll definitely keep my membership and definitely continue going to them.

It was a Godsend to find this AAA Car Care Center! After spine surgery, and not using my car for weeks, the new AAA battery could not be jumped so the car was towed to this center. The technitians were so very friendly and gave me piece of mind on a new battery replacement under the AAA battery replacement guarantee. Thank you David!

My trusty old F150 broke down while I was in Raleigh on business. Being a AAA member they seemed like a logical choice. Turns out it was a great choice. They got me back on the road quickly and at a fair price. Honestly, my truck hasn’t run this well since I’ve owned it. Highly recommend!

On November 21 I’ve had an excellent experience with David and Luis were patient and profession they explained everything clear and simple to me, this is my to go place. I came for an alignment but needed a battery glad I came for an alignment my battery was at 0 copacity. I am an AAA member which makes things more affordable. Also, I like how the instructions are texted to you about your car care needs

David Marcedo was fantastic. He was very informative , very nice and courteous. Service was fast. He had Lyft drop me off at work and back to the shop. You are lucky to have him as an employee. Great guy!

Consistently friendly and reliable service. I continue coming to this location because they never try to oversell me on things that I don’t need asap. They do send me with a list of services that I should keep in mind for the future which I appreciate. Recently this team diagnosed and reversed a mistake that was made by another local mechanic and they made a stressful situation easy and quick to resolve. The whole staff is friendly and professional. Shout out to Dave who helped me this morning and had a great attitude for it being 7:30 AM on a Monday morning. Highly recommend this location for any car service needs!

Eddie, Dave and Cameron were all amazing! We had an issue with our car. They were packed on Saturday so we made appointment for the next available day which was Monday morning and received amazing service! I would highly recommend this location.

We went here for years. After Glenwood Glenn left it went downhill. Lots of high pressure upselling to take advantage of people, low quality service, and crazy high prices. They pressure you to do unnecessary things to your car when you go there. Most recently we went there for a state inspection. The service member tried to tell us we needed to do a few other things, like flushing brakes and changing the engine air filter. We’d already done that work a few months earlier but he didn’t check. He just tried to sell. Inexcusable upselling to take advantage of people. AAA also quoted a 30k service on our vehicle at $1,200. The dealer did the 30k service, an alignment, and an oil change for $400. AAA was 3x the price for less service. Unreal! Lastly, I changed my cabin air filter in another vehicle after I noticed dustiness in the cabin. AAA improperly installed the cabin air filter they’d put in (jammed in so it wasn’t filtering). Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

This location is fantastic!!! They have been servicing my car for 7+ years and have done an outstanding job! The mechanics are top-notch and the staff is incredibly professional, courteous and friendly!! On my most recent visit, both Dave and Eddie really helped me out with a situation with my car and went above and beyond to find a solution to fix it and it is now running like new (and it is 19 years old)!! Thank you!!

I came in for an oil change, and they claimed to have seen that my timing belt was old and showing signs of cracking. The timing belt is interior to the engine, so they couldn't have "seen" it without taking a bunch of pieces off of my engine (which they would have absolutely no reason to do for an oil change!) Just by looking at the milage of my car, it would be reasonable to suggest it might be time for a timing belt change, and if that is all they did, I wouldn't be giving them this 1 star review. But to claim they could see it was old and worn is just flat out lying. It was actually changed just 20k miles previously (I went home and found the invoices showing it was changed shortly before I bought the car).

This service crew admittedly caused a ~$200 error during my state inspection and were belligerent towards me for my hesitancy to accept a “sorry” rather than substantial compensation for my time and inconvenience.

Everything ended up being great with Eddie's assistance. (Sorry if I spelt that incorrectly). It was a rough start as we had a 9am appointment for a state inspection which took all day. Eddie and his team were able to calmly understand my side, assist in making things right, and were a privilege to work with.
