Ok, clean foyer and waiting area. The only reason i gave a 4 is due to the amount of times I had to return my vehcile due to slight oil seepage after oil change. But, they where very professional about it and fixed it.

They charge $185 for the inspection even if you know what's wrong with the car I'm a member the 185.00 was not applied to the work out of a $4,000 job I got a double-digit discount I'll never go back

Had a wonderful experience. Daniel and Brian were so knowledgeable and friendly. Was recommended to AAA Repair Center by Quick Lane which was down the block from AAA. Will definitely bring my car back to them for future servicing.

My experience with the AAA repair shop was excellent. Unfortunately, the tow truck driver damaged my running boards on the sides of my SUV. AAA had the worst customer service when I tried to get resolution for my issue. I've been with AAA for 48 years and rest assured I will not make 49.

We were having our car towed there so we called them only because AAA recommended them. We spoke to a man in the office and said they will close at 5:30 and would not take our car. We got there at 5:25 and doors were already locked. The man we spoke to was not friendly.

This time it was better that ever before. Daniel called me in advance to know what kind of service I needed. I arrived early and he accepted my car. The work was fine and I waited little time. The cost was fair. I felt better with this service than with the previous.

Awesome service that I have come to expect from AAA. Daniel the service writer even helped us locate an economical hotel for the time it would take our vehicle to be repaired. Super kudos to all there!

It was hard to get an appointment scheduled yet once I got there it was DEAD. I used a coupon for the synthetic oil change for $59.95 and then they replaced my cabin air filter ($36.42) and air filter ($26.77) bringing my total with taxes to $137.54 and it took a little over 1 hour. I have no idea what took so long considering I was very clearly the only customer they were working on. Daniel was nice but when I had called and discussed my tire light being on he had told me they could check it for me, when I got there in person he told me they don't do diagnostics for dashboard lights because they don't have the tool for it and could only put some air in the tires for me. For $137.54 I could have gone somewhere else and had the tire patch done along with the oil change. Even as a AAA member, the "savings" weren't worth it. I will not be returning because I didn't feel cared about as a customer despite being the only customer they were managing the entire morning.

went in for a check engine light diagnostics, came up as a purge valve repair. 2600$ later I got my car back, having gas tank dropped and new fuel pump assembly. never offered old parts to view, and according to Manual purge pump is on top of engine ????? maybe I'm just paranoid since I'm a senior woman

AAA came they sent me his telephone number because he was in the wrong location the communication is wonderful and said I needed to wait an hour he showed up 10 minutes later wonderful company!

I was very impressed with the whole experience from the beginning with Mike in the front desk to Frendindo. They checked out my car and called to let me know what they found before doing any work. Great experience overall.

Misdiagnosis, quoted over $2,100 for whole AC system. Which they insisted needed replaced because of blockages. I declined service and fond a new shop which fixed the leakage and replaced hoses, which fixed the problem. These guys are scammers which prey on people with little knowledge of cars.

My vehicle was towed here and the process was great. From AAA road side assistance to AAA auto repair staff. Gladly paid my diagnostic fee because I needed my car fixed and they made sure it was fixed properly. This is why I like going to AAA there work is guaranteed. I could have gone else where and paid less but realistically. Cheap does not always mean good. Thank you mechanics and staff

Worse customer service ever! We never saw them take our car into the shop to look at it but came out to tell us we needed a new engine. When we questioned them about it, they kicked us out of the shop. Be careful with these people. I don't think they can be trusted.

Terrible, cost me over $700 for a mis diagnosis. Told me I needed a whole new motor. And all it needed was a timing chain and guard. There lazy can't believe there associated with AAA. Adrian and Mike the managers are douche Bags 4 real.

The service (diagnostic) was great I'm just a bit salty that the diagnostic was $289 when I see that other reviewers paid a lot less ($144). What's that about?
