I had a great experience at the AAA SW LV auto center. No time was wasted when I was doing some proactive maintenance on my car, and the team here was able to get some routine maintenance done along with replacement tires all in the same day. Shout out to them s they were quick to order the tires the morning of my appointment and get everything done. Looking forward to my next service appointment here.

Came in to get some brake work done. There were scratches on my roof after they returned the car to me, like something had been set on the roof and then dragged around. They didn’t take responsibility for it and stopped returning my phone calls after they had initially said they would review security footage and get back to me. Guys seemed nice at this shop, but with this being my first experience, I wouldn’t go back or recommend the place.

I was sad to know AAA was so close to my home and I never knew this service was available to us. We’ve been members for quite some time now and knowing my car can get great service now has made life easier. They worked hard to met our needs and kept us informed. I dropped off the car they took me home and when they finished they picked me up. That’s service. Thanks AAA

Great service all the way around. My usual mechanic couldn’t look at my car for a couple weeks… I’ve used AAA for oil changes/roadside assistance, and decided to see if they had any sooner availability. Robert took my call, he was extremely helpful and patient as I summarized the issue. He worked on several estimates based on what I told him and said I could bring in the car the next AM. When I arrived in the AM I was met with great customer service, Ken was very friendly and knowledgeable. The car was fixed the same day and they even offered me a ride to and from, so my husband didn’t have to leave work. Wonderful service at this branch… will be ditching the old mechanic and coming here for any future needs. Thanks again!

I have been extremely happy with the service at AAA Southwest Las Vegas auto repair. When my drivetrain needed replacing, they did the work for about half what the dealership wanted using GM parts. Most recently, my oil pressure sensor went out and they were able to get it fixed same day. They are very easy to work with and keep you informed of the progress on your vehicle. I have already recommended them to my friends, so I might as well recommend them to the public.

Awesome servicing once again! I was in need of new tires 🛞 for quite sometime, but engine came first. New alternator & battery installed a month ago. Being a member with AAA for years becomes very important when it comes to your vehicle maintenance. Thx again fam!

Even tho nobody ever followed up. After a horrible experience, the store manager Javon, not only did he display professionalism but he went above and beyond he was very courteous Respectable patient and just a human. I really appreciate the help he provided and the assistance. Thank you sir.

Don’t be fooled by the triple A’s - This place is a typical corporate auto repair shop with prices that are 30-40% above a reasonably honest normal shop. You’ll get the “used car salesman talk” from the reps explaining every painstaking difficulty of your job and why you should pay way more at this place for work completed elsewhere for much less. Best to avoid.

My car wouldn’t start. I knew there was an issue with one of the sensors. I have AAA so I had my car towed to the AAA Southwest Center in Las Vegas. The tow truck guy was awesome. I felt that AAA was a trusted name in the industry, so I felt comfortable bringing my car there even though it’s being towed. I called before having it towed there. You just don’t have your car towed to a service center without calling. The guy who helped me at the counter was very condescending asking if I called first and I was like yeah of course I wouldn’t just have my car towed to a place without calling first then he wanted to know who I spoke to. I didn’t remember. I didn’t think it really mattered. The guy I spoke to on the phone said to just bring it in. I explain to the guy at the counter what the issue was. He took notes as I was explaining. He said OK and asked for the key to the car and I got a courtesy ride home. A few hours later the guy calls me and starts telling me that I need to have the fuel injection, throttle body replaced, and the mass air flow sensor. My question was how much? It was $1,296. I said I can’t do that right now. His answer was apply for a AAA credit card. I ignored that and said that I am going to have the car towed back home. He wasn’t helpful at all when I went back to pick up my car. I paid for the diagnostic check and I asked a few questions about any other solutions and of course he said no you have to have them replaced. When I got home, I started watching YouTube videos on how to fix my car. The first thing they suggested was cleaning it apparently nine times out of 10 when your car isn’t that old cleaning it will have it running again. My car is only three years old. I have a Toyota Camry. So my brother and I cleaned the sensor and throttlebody and now my car has been running. I’m really really really disappointed in the AAA service center here in Las Vegas. Took my car in for a maintenance issue. They call and say my spark plugs were "messed up" and it will take over $300 to fix it. My boyfriend changed those plugs and said they were fine. My guess is they messed it up and tried to pass the blame. We took our car and it started to misfire at the light. My boyfriend ordered some new parts from Amazon overnight and put them in. I couldn't drive it for a day and missed a day of work. It runs fine now. My guess is they messed up, passed the blame on someone else, and tried to charge me.
