I ordered a set of Pirelli tires from TireRack.com and had them sent here to be installed. Dallas and Scott took awesome care of me and my vehicle. Had a flat tire this past Friday. Was driving in from Chicago. Got really lucky to find this AAA. They got us in within 10 minutes. Their communication was fantastic. We were on the road again within an hour. The staff at this location made our weekend!

I especially enjoy when Grace is there she's always very friendly and she knows how to take care of her customers if you ever need a problem have a problem with anything make sure you go to Bob Sumerel Tire and see grace she'll make sure she takes care of you

Just got charged $99.17 for synthetic oil and air added to my tires. What a rip off! Just because I'm a woman and don't have male genitalia does not mean that I'm stupid. Never in all the years that I have had service through Bob Sumerel was I charged so much, and they did not even reset my dashboard configuration. Guess what, they just lost a customer.

I didn’t catch the store managers name (he was working today [July 15th] at 5:00 PM), but I had the best customer service I’ve ever had at a shop before. He was professional, kind, and all around a great manager. I will always recommend this location.

They filled my tire with a nail in it within 30 minutes for free. Also did a free break check and rotated the tires. Amazing service, 100% recommend.

Back in February 2020 I had an oil change done on my van. I returned home, and noticed there was oil spots down my driveway. When I opened the hood there was oil everywhere and was dripping everywhere under the engine onto my driveway. I also saw that my air filter they had checked was not put back in and was covered in oil. Turned out when they changed the oils filter they didn’t screw the cap back in so the oil was just dispensing all over. I called and talked to the manager Steve who apologized and said to come back up and they would clean it and fix it. After they were done he offered me cards for two free oil changes ($50 value). I ended up moving away for a few years so I had not been able to use said cards. This past year I moved back and decided to use the cards, first time no issue getting the free oil change. Two weeks ago I was due for another oil change so I figured hey use the other card since I had no problem the first time. I went to pay having gotten the oil change and also got an alignment. (When they advised me I needed one I said to make sure I received the before and after numbers.) When I showed Darryl the card, he said to hold on, went to the back, returned and said they couldn’t accept the card because “the manager didn’t work there anymore and there was no code on the card.” He acknowledged that he knew Steve, but had apparently not worked there for eight or nine years. I said that I had just used the other card last oil change and didn’t have an issue. There was nothing he could do so I ended paying $200 for the oil change and alignment which was also told the tech forgot to print the numbers so I had no idea how bad it was or if it was actually adjusted. I didn’t want to go back after the first incident, I only did to get the cards used. I definitely won’t be back, and am spreading the word to keep others away.

In a world of terrible service Scott is a great change. The guy gets it done fast and friendly every single time! Never spent more than an hour in that place the four or five times I’ve been there.

Last weekend I had new front brakes installed on my Honda minivan at a service center in NKY. Later that day, I drove to the west side of Cincinnati to look at furniture with my daughter. On the way there I heard a searing metal sound coming from the front of my car. The sound became increasingly worse the further I drove. I stopped at the Bob Sumerel Tire and Service - Dent location and explained that I was afraid to continue driving. The staff was SO kind and courteous, even though it was minutes before closing time. They looked at my minivan and corrected the problem. I could not have asked for better customer service. I highly recommend!!

My husband brought in his car because one of his tires had a slow leak. The tire was fixed within 5 minutes and my husband was not charged for the service. We will definitely be back when our cars need servicing,

The tech who worked on my car broke my glove box changing the cabin air filter. The "report" of what needed work said that the wiper blades were torn - they aren't. I went there because I'm a AAA member. I won't be going back, except to get reimbursed for Honda replacing the glove box. 😠👎🏼

Completely robbed my friend’s mother of thousands of dollars. They take advantage of seniors and they don’t complete the job. They leave metal hanging from the bottom of vehicles posing a huge threat to her safety.

Have to give praise when praise is due. My car broke down and this location Took excellent care of my car had it fixed within one business day. Scott the general manager and Dallas were the definition of exemplary employees. Thank you both and the mechanics who worked on my car, I am not from this area and this is the second time triple a has taken care of me and I havent had to worry about anything. If you’re looking for a place to get you in and out I highly recommend to come here

Just paid a little over $2,000 to get my car fixed because it was overheating. 3 days later same exact warning popped up on my dash. Attempted to call but no one picked up, granted they closed in 30min but I am to say I am frustrated is putting it lightly. I didn't head the warnings of the other 1 stars but if you need something more than tire rotation I would avoid this place. Will update on how they respond to this. Update changing from a 1 star to 3 star. The fan they installed was faulty which caused my car to overheat again. I understand they cannot forsee this happening but still caused me to have to use a day of PTO waiting around. They did not charge me for this second fix.

Pretty unhappy with the experience I've had with this location. Over $2,600 worth of work on my truck only to almost get into a wreck the very next day because they did not reattach a tie rod properly. Ever since I have been getting O2 sensor warnings, TPMS sensor warnings, and a flat tire all within two weeks of having my vehicle serviced at this location. I'm not claiming sabotage, but it seems awfully suspect especially since I had zero of these issues prior to taking my truck to this location. Overall disappointed with the whole experience and everything I've had to deal with since. I will not be going back and I would not recommend to anyone.

Very convenient location and good service. I had a small issue the last time I used them but they fixed the small miss the next day. Good tire tire repairs. The oil change is a fair price. Good shop overall especially in a pinch.

Yesterday I took my car in to Bob Sumerel Tire because I had a screw in my tire. I would have liked the screw to be removed and the tire to be fixed. I was told the tire could not be fixed and I would need a new tire. Okay I accepted that. Then the pressure came. I was told by the manager I needed four new tires and a brake job. I thought I had time to call my husband and make a decision. Less than five minutes later I told the manager I had decided to just go with the one tire. He responded "we have already put on the new tires and are almost finished." I looked out the window in the lobby and saw my car with four tires on it. I assumed as I was told they were the new tires. Within a couple of minutes I looked out the window and there were no tires on my car and the men were now putting on what I believe to be the new tires. I do have a witness that saw and heard all that went on. I now have three new tires I did not want and a bill for $1200. I cannot even guess what the bill would have been with the addition of the brake job and the other five things they told me needed to be fixed. I AM OLD BUT NOT STUPID! DO NOT TREAT ME OR ANY OTHER SENIOR LIKE WE ARE. I am appalled that you felt you could take advantage of me perhaps because I am elderly and a woman. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau. PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR TRUST IN A COMPANY THAT IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY!
