Just got done picking my car up from the shop, needed brakes, rotors, and a few other odds and ends. Todd was incredibly helpful over the phone with what needed to be done to get my car back into proper shape while keeping cost in mind as well. This is my second time bringing my car to this shop and I will continue to do so in the future! Everyone's incredibly friendly, service turnaround times are quick and the shop is very responsive. Highly highly recommend!

These guys are angels on earth. We had an engine breakdown while traveling. When we attempted to get towed back home to another state, things fell through and were delayed, and the gentlemen at the counter went above and beyond to get us set up with a new tow home so we could get back in time. Needless to say, they made a very stressful situation so much better. We can’t thank you enough!

Had a flat tire. After AAA insisted towing to this location after close had to wait over the weekend. Called the Friday before to explain the situation. No one made note of this so no work had been done on it when I called Monday morning. After confirming that work needed to be done, an hour and a half later I call and they forget again what needed to be done and lost my phone number. I had to call them back each time for a status update and they would leave you on hold for 20-30 minutes at a time. When I finally got my car back it was picked through by somebody and items were missing. Do not go to this location they are understaffed and under equipped to keep your property safe and make sure it's taken care of in a reasonable time. Edit: reached out to them as the response below suggested over a month ago. I got a nebulous "your concerns have been forwarded for review" with no followup. Make no mistake, these are empty platitudes. Look at the below comments, I am not the first car to have a break in at this location. This is a problem that has gone on for years. They will not change and should never be trusted to care for your property as such.

Recently, I experienced squeaking and grinding noises from my brakes. Since Bob Sumerel Tire & Service had replaced my tires previously, I reached out to them for brake service. The staff scheduled a brake check for the next morning. Following the inspection, I was advised to replace the front and back brake pads and rotors, the front calipers, and the brake fluid. I agreed to the recommended repairs, relying on their expertise due to my limited automotive knowledge. The total charge for the service was $1,743. For anyone considering using their services, I've attached a photo of the invoice to provide a reference point for the costs and services provided. I've given 3 stars because I'm unsure of the value, but the service provided was attentive and professional. If you believe the pricing was fair, I would recommend their service to you.

I needed to have some service done on my vehicle and was on a time crunch, Larry and the guys were able to squeeze me in and get me on the road in time! Very upfront and fair with service and pricing. Completely satisfied!

Todd was incredible! I'm traveling through and had mechanical issues. He was clear how far backed up they are, but bent over backwards to find an alternative location to have me towed for quicker service. Can't say enough for his kindness and for ensuring I got the help I needed. Thank you, Todd!

I had a flat downtown, had it towed to the shop. Everyone from the driver, to the person working to the front desk, to the mechanics in the shop were extremely nice and accommodating. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Blew a tire a few blocks away about 20 minutes before they closed for the evening. They had me back on the road in no time!

Car broken into (and theft attempted) while there for 2 nights. They claim they don’t put up cameras or a fence because then they would be responsible for break-ins. Very nice employees, even had trash bags and tape ready because windows get broken often.

I made an appointment online for an oil change, and when I took it to them, they told me they couldn't take my car. It took 2 more times of rescheduling (in person) for them to finally get my car in. I just recently took my car somewhere else for an oil change, and they informed me that the bolt was jammed from whomever worked on my car before. When they finally got it off, they realized the screw had been stripped, and will not stay in place, resulting in needing a new oil pan. My experience at Bob Sumerel has been unpleasant and very disappointing. I do not recommend taking your vehicle to be serviced at this location.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would it’s no point of setting an appointment when they still make you wait for hours. Then it’s takes 3 WHOLE HOURS just to do an oil change. It’s ridiculous it’s best to drop your car off instead of waiting. Or just stick with Valvoline they get the job done while your in your car and it on takes roughly 20 minutes!

Left cables loose on battery and cable came off half way home . Had to pull over and put back on temporarily cause clip was broken so would not tighten. Also left panel clips out of breather hose that slid off . Was also laste for work because of this

Todd is extremely nice over the phone. I don't know much about the cars but the estimates seem fair and it's a very quick process. I highly recommend this place!

Big shout out to Todd and David B for their great work, professionals, and kindness. They let me know what was wrong with my car and ordered parts. Once they got under the hood, they realized it wasn't the whole system that needed replacing, just a minor part. They made the fix and let me know. Their honesty saved me about $800. They also have a great turn around time as anytime I need a repair, it's done in a work day.

Great customer service. Prompt and responsive. I am new in town from Australia and wanted to have my old car looked at and Larry managed to fit me on last minute and was extremely open and honest about what needed to be done. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Great little shop here! My son had an issue with his car starting, so we had AAA tow it down to AAA Bob Sumerel downtown Cinci on Court. Since we dropped it off close to 5ish, Todd and Larry looked at it first thing the next morning and called me with their estimate. Since they had got in new alignment equipment I had them do that as well as put on a new set of tires. The prices were great, the service was great, and we're very happy they turned it around in a day. I highly recommend these guys and this location!

Had my tire punctured somehow while I was at work, was quickly losing air and trying to find somewhere to go, they were close to closing but able to fit me in and I greatly appreciated it, very professional and quick, I would definitely recommend.

They had my car for 6 hours and didn't even look at it. I just had a flat. Now I have to take another day off. Please look into getting a scheduling app or be honest about your lack of availability.

This service center has had my car for 10 days without any communication as to the status of the car. I called today and was on hold for an hour without anyone picking up. I called the AAA call center for support, and was on hold for an additional 30 minutes while they tried to get the shop to answer. I have no answers and no contact with the shop. I now have to physically go to the shop in order to find out what is going on with my car, and get it either repaired or moved to a new shop to work on it. Stay away from this Bob Sumerel location. POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION!!!!

My car drives again, but it now also reeks of cigarettes, is riddled with various bits of trash inside (including broken glass), and is missing several items I left inside the car when it was handed over to them. They merely said “the tow driver must have left it unlocked”. Sure they did. Great canned response on how you aren’t liable even before I mentioned the possibility of it being any of your staff.
