Had an appointment to get an oil change and to check my tail pipe that had detached. Mike said they could "take care of it" I made the appointment then had to later call to change it from Monday to Thursday. Again, I asked about the tail pipe. Same response. I arrived for appointment but was not on the schedule, but he said he could get it in. Again reminded Mike about the tail pipe. An hour later my car was done. I ask about the problem with the tail pipe he went out to ask the tech. He hadn't checked it, and they didn't have time unless I wanted to "hang around " because they had to finish an alignment. What! I really thought the service would be different. My first visit to this location went well, which is why I brought my other car in for service.

I would just like to say that I experienced exceptional customer service here. In my years of coming here no one has ever provided me with a Lyft to take me home and pick me back up after my SUV needed some additional repairs. I will never forget this act of kindness. Old saying " People will always remember how you make them feel" . Again that you so much 💓

Mechanic shop told me that the car needed new plugs, coil pack among several other things including water pump. Charged me 185 dollars to do diagnostic labor. Things to mention and watch for. 1. Shop did not state the quote for what a diagnostic labor would cost but judging by the start time and date that this "diagnostic" was less then 45 mins. I can accept that as 1hr but they do not tell you off the bat what one hr of there time is worth. 2. They did not drive it. Start and end OD is the same. 3. If they actually looked at the plugs of my car they would quickly realized that these are new plugs. (( information I kept for obvious reasons. )) 3. I did state that the car had a turbocharger installed by myself which they did state there were no issues with. Overall I am giving them 3 stars. There not the worst business in town. I went back made a phone call with a friend of mine who does more work on his car then I have in my life and asked about the plugs. I checked the gap and was able to get the car to 80 with no issues afterward. Would I recommend them if you need something? Yes however they are pricey and rely on people who are either not mechanically inclined or someone who lacks experience like myself. I recommend a shop that will tell you up front how much per hr they charge for diagnosis of car trouble if you plan to do work on it.

They were extremely helpful and efficient. Staff was friendly and knowledgable. They rode with me on the highway to diagnose the sound I was hearing, quickly narrowed down that it was a problem with the suspension, and had the repair done within the same day.
