Hello my name is Steve and the Other Day I spoke to a helpful and resourceful representative from the Brooklyn location, her name was Nakeeda…I hope I spelled it right lol….but anyways after explaining and braking down the issue with my vehicle, Nakeeda was very resourceful in giving me important useful information about Aamacos policy, finance program and all the services and resources Aamaco provides…very professional, respectful, resourceful and passionate, what is there not to love

When I called & left a message, Wesley got right back to me. Upon arrival Nakita greeted me with a friendly smile. The work was done professionally and to my complete satisfaction. During the entire process, both Nakita and Wesley called to update me. The work that was done, and parts needed were all explained. All the staff, smile and wave. Truly amazing customer service! I suggest all should visit, take advantage of the experts, have regular maintenance done. Ask Wesley and he can discuss the options to help your transmission last longer.
