Horrible! overcharged for oil change when I brought my own oil and filter. My car got scratched from one of the workers when they took it in the shop! The guy came to me and said “you going to kill me. I just scratched your car but it’s nothing you can’t even see it!” And yes he did. He recommended me to buy a pen in Autozone to correct it smh 🤦‍♀️

no stars! I had to put a star just to post this I brought the car in this morning, Provided all the information on the problem with the car? The person at the desk took all my information down. Had me sign paperwork confirming that I know there’s a fee. What they didn’t tell me was, They had no time to work on my car. No one called me all day. when I called, I was told that they’re checking with the tech And will call me back. Lie! I went to pick up my car at 5:30. Nothing was done not even looked at or even moved. So shitty.! If they couldn’t take care of the car, they should’ve told me that in the morning. I would’ve brought it the next day or another day. I lost a whole days work waiting for the freaking car to not get Serviced. And nothing Was done.

When carvana sold me a vehicle which was a Hyundai Sonata 2013 with no brakes struts bad that was a lot of work that needed to be done happy I brought an extended warranty but luckily I really didn't need that because I had to stop the vehicle I got my vehicle back in September a 2020 my vehicle was in the shop for almost a month luckily I brought it to this shop because when they looked over the vehicle they found a lot of flaws that wasn't right no break the struts is very bad I don't understand how can cover on it so you a vehicle this way and then after my vehicle is actually in the shop I called Havana a few times make a long story short the people just told me to do which I did but being that we're going through a pandemic now I'm still having issues with the vehicle I still have it the car was in the shop for over 7 days. Was unable to get the vehicle back I'm still stuck with a vehicle the vehicle run runs well brakes are bad even though they fix them is something else wrong with this vehicle I put the vehicle back to the shop after all this work was done after all the work was done car ran for a while car still running but if it wasn't for this shop the car would still be sitting in my driveway sorry to put you out there but but Malik and his people and especially Cindy even though she's no longer there but these guys at this shop keep you running so you have a vehicle from carvana get take it here and get it checked over as soon as you get it just don't forget make your appointment due covid appointment needed in order for them to service your vehicle so don't forget but like I said this shop they got me running. Oh my God where's my mechanic when I need them he has moved no one from the bus depot knows we're he is post something we're looking for you and everyone else who is looking at this review this mechanic has moved no one shall go to the new mechanic boycott boycott

I took my car to this shop base off of reviews. Before I take my car anywhere when it the first time I do my research. (This shop stood out the most) when I took my car in for service the energy was good at this place .I explained my problem and situation. check and confirmed it...unfortunately a situation happened on my end but they was still very understanding and helpful.. Thank you again.. This place is highly recommended

I was having a decent experience and Emilio was super professional in my opinion, UNTIL the last day when the attitude came out of no where as if the money for the parts were coming out of his paycheck otherwise this place would've gotten five stars easily for their hard work with my car. I do understand that this is a high stress job dealing with people but keeping the professional attitude all through a sale is important to business. I do believe I was nothing but professional and respectful with everyone there but when I was made to sit around for 48 hrs waiting instead of them telling me to come back another day this wasted time. I could've been working or doing something valuable with my time and business I run. I originally came to this location because Emilio was super kind on the phone and the reviews were good. I could've just went to a place in jersey where I live but this place popped up and I decided to give it a try. I am disappointed in how I was treated because work needed to be redone when this place supposedly honors warranties. Like I said, the attitude Emilio gave me at the end was disgusting and I will never ever come back due to this. I said thank you and left. please work on the customer service of your employees and make sure they get the necessary mental health breaks they need. I work with tons of people constantly so I get how overwhelming it can be but keeping a good energy from start to end of a sale or purchase experience is key to getting people in the door. Because of this poor attitude besides the fact I will not be back I cannot refer the 10s of people with cars I know to you guys for it is hard to find good mechanics. I will say to be fair the work that I needed was done at the end

This place is super tedious with the service they provide you. They keep you updated every step of the way while your care is in they care. Emilio was very helpful and super professional when assisting me. As I was waiting I was pleased with how they treat all they customers very informative not leaving any questions unanswered. I’m happy with my service and will definitely be coming back. Thanks for getting my ford escape 2019 back running like new. Keep up the great service guys !!!!!!!!!!!

This place destroyed my car. I went in with one problem and when I went to pick it up it had multiple problems it never had and front bumper was damaged. My biggest mistake apart from taking it there originally was leaving it there when I found all the other issues that they created when I picked it up. I am still to this day addressing/fixing all the damages the mechanic did to my car. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place.
