On Thursday, 7/11, I called to inquire about services and pricing for a transmission flush. The representative I spoke with mentioned that many customers are often dissatisfied with transmission flushing as it may not resolve their issues. She also informed me that there is a diagnostic service fee if no additional services are performed. I dropped off my 2013 Hyundai later that afternoon, understanding that I would receive a call after the diagnostic was performed. The following day, Friday, 7/12, I stopped by to retrieve something from my vehicle. Joseph informed me that he had performed the diagnostic but didn’t find any codes other than P0420 for the catalytic converter, which I was already aware of. He recommended dropping the pan to check the fluid for metal contaminants and, if none were found, to change the fluid. I agreed to this recommendation and left, expecting an update over the weekend. On Monday, 7/15, around 11:30 AM, I visited the shop again but Joseph wasn’t available. I was told he would call me. A couple of hours later, Joseph called to reiterate the same recommendation he had given on Friday. I declined the service and went to pick up my Hyundai.

Worst experience they are rude and disrespectful And gets mad if you don’t agree with them & no they didn’t diagnose my car they want me to pay $800 first to fix something else then told me after that he would do the diagnostic then hung up in the phone in my face and continue to call and Harras my stepfather
