This place is really ghetto they’re liars. Their pictures are all a lie. It’s a hole in the wall they have technicians working they are not even certified they fix one thing and they break something else. They charge my insurance 9800 then charge me on top of that another 2500. The truck was not even fixed please do not take it here. I’ve wrote other reviews and they have A.I System that deletes all of their reviews! These people are crooks. They had my truck for six months. I took it there for lifters which were never fixed. Since day one I brought the truck back and I told him the truck wasn’t right and he told me you already took the truck that’s it you left No guarantees on their work! Whatever vehicle you have take it to the actual franchise yes, that will take long but at least you will have guaranteed on their work Not like these guys! I don’t recommend these guys at all please everybody save yourself the headache!

Caballeros cobran deducibles altísimos (2000 k)después del pago de la garantía. Sin contar poner un radiador en 800 dólares .Son muy careros.La mano de obra muchas veces es más cara que la misma pieza.Son muy desconsiderados con el precio. Manténgase alejado de estas personas. Llevé mi auto porque mi transmisión no funcionaba. el gerente es un ser humano deshonesto. El gerente carece de amabilidad hacia los clientes. Hagas lo que hagas, no llevar tu coche o camión a esta tienda es muy deshonesto.Hacen muchas cosas cosas turbias ,estas personas te estafarán o estropearán aún más tu auto para que sigas adelante. No lleve su automóvil a estas personas, son delincuentes deshonestos, el gerente de allí, es un mentiroso deshonesto y le robará el dinero que tanto le costó ganar y no respaldará su trabajo ni su garantía. La peor recomendación que he recibido en mi vida. Aun no entiendo cómo siguen operando negocios como éstos. Mentirosos y ladrones. ¡¡No lleves tu coche allí!

(UPDATE 8/8/23/) MY transmission broke.. come to find out the parts were not meant for my car and Remanufactured torque converter. I was hoping a name brand like Aamco would been great but it was a lie ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This place is amazing! first the service is just amazing and super professional. Roger was just professional and super honest with my car. I already knew the issue with my transmission but i needed a second opinion to make sure I'm correct. I've seen other mechanics and of course they want to rip you a new one without even seeing the problem. Well Thanks to my wife advising me of an AAMCO in Hialeah were i never knew it was even their. So I called and talked to Roger and I told him the issue with my car. He let me know he'll need to see it and also run the computer to see the issue which would take a couple of days. 2 days later i get the call and he spotted the issue and advised what needed to be done. Always polite, always notified me on everything going on with my car also what was being done to it, and advised once the car was complete. Got to love the FINANCING OPTIONS they have. Please make sure to visit or call them. Got my car back and I'm happy with the work they done with my 2014 Impala.

My transmission was repaired at AAMCO OF HIALEAH, after researching different shops and getting random prices, this shop asked me to bring the car in for a diagnosis so they could give me an accurate estimate. This make a whole lot of sense to me because how could you possibly know what is wrong or how much is it going to cost without looking at or diagnosing the car. Well the diagnosis was free they treat me like a king the transmission turn out a little more expensive that I though or had in mind, however after listening to the explanation of the why the difference in money, it made perfect sense to me. I got a warranty of 1 year or 24,000 miles that was unbeatable and 30 days after getting my transmission rebuilt by them am so happy that I made the right decision, for whatever is worth THANKS GUYS .

Estafadores, no tengo otra palabra para describirlos desafortunadamente. Les llevé mi carro y me querían cobrar 4200 dólares por cambiar la transmisión, ya que según ellos no servía. Seguro que por ser mujer, pensaron que me podían estafar. Gracias a dios, mi hijo me dijo que recogiera el carro, y el mismo le cambio una pieza que le costó 30 dólares por internet y el carro lleva más de 2 meses trabajando perfecto. No se los recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo.

First off I’d like to thank Mayer. He self diagnosed my car over the phone after I described to him what was going on. When your car is totally disabled, it puts your mind at ease when someone can tell you exactly what the issue is and the price without seeing it. Highly recommend!

I took my car to these so-called "professionals" for an issue I was having with the transmission getting stuck in first gear. Called the next day, and they told me that they had checked the transmission, that it had burnt oil and metal shavings in the oil, and that the transmission had to be replaced. Cost, $4,200 for a used transmission and 30-day warranty. The car only has 80,000 miles with all maintenance up to date. So, it seemed odd to me that the transmission was damaged in the way they said, that it couldn't even be fixed. Since I had my doubts, I asked them how they had checked the oil, and they told me that they had loosened the bolts on the oil pan to drain a little and test it. I paid the 137 dollars they charge for the "diagnostic" and pick-up the car. When I got home, I checked the oil pan, and they hadn't touched it. Everything was dry, zero oil residue from when they supposedly loosened the screws to get the sample. Checked transmission codes and looked them up online and found the Step Motor was the problem. Purchased the Step Motor for 30 dollars and replaced it. Took me 1 hour. The old oil had ZERO metal particles, not even on the magnets, and it was so clean that I could literally put it back in the transmission. It's incredible that a business specializing in transmissions says the transmission is destroyed, without even checking the codes it had. I fixed the transmission with a 30 dollars part, 2 gallons of CVT oil, a filter, a gasket, and 1 hour of my time. Total 125 dollars, cheaper than what these “professionals” charged me for the “diagnostic” without even looking at it. Honesty is a thing of the past, unfortunately.

Les llevé el auto de mi mamá para diagnosticar un problema de que se estaba atascando en la primera. Llamé al día siguiente y me dijeron que habían revisado la transmisión y que tenía aceite quemado y partículas de metal en el aceite. Que la transmisión tenia que ser reemplazada. Querían $4,200 por una transmisión usada con una garantía de 30 días. El auto solo tiene 80,000 millas con todos los mantenimientos al día. Por lo que me pareció extraño que la transmisión se dañó en la forma en que dijeron, que ni siquiera se pudo reparar. Como tenía mis dudas sobre lo que me decían, les pregunté cómo habían revisado el aceite, y me dijeron que habían aflojado los tornillos del cárter para drenar un poco y probarlo. No hice el trabajo y recogí el coche. Cuando llegué a casa, revisé el cárter y no lo habían tocado. Adjunto fotos de todo seco, ningún residuo de aceite de cuando supuestamente aflojaron los tornillos para sacar la muestra. Verifiqué los códigos de transmisión, los busqué en línea y descubrí que el STEP MOTOR era el problema. Compré la pieza en por 30 dólares. Saqué el cuerpo de la válvula y reemplacé el motor paso a paso. Me tomó 1 hora. El aceite tenía CERO partículas de metal, ni siquiera en los imanes. Parece increíble que un taller especializado en transmisiones diga que la transmisión está destruida y ni siquiera revisaron los códigos que tenía. Arreglé la transmisión con una parte de 30 dólares, 2 galones de aceite CVT, un filtro, una junta y 1 hora de mi tiempo. Total 125 dólares, más barato de lo que me cobraron estos “profesionales” por el “diagnóstico” sin ni siquiera mirarlo. La honestidad es cosa del pasado, por desgracia.

Roger and Pedro provided me with excellent costumer service. They worked closely with me to make sure I was satisfied and tried to find the best price for my replacement part. This is an honest shop which is a rarity these days. They even followed up with me a few days after my service to make sure everything went well with my repair.
