Mark and Joey were both very professional and courteous. They both made me feel comfortable and assured that they were capable and had my best interest in mind. That was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had in the car care industry. Hteat job guys, keep up the good work because good customer service is a dying art.

Mark was very helpful. My car could not make it to the shop and broke down just down the road, Mark got it towed to the shop. He was thorough, and they offered superb service.

Mark at Aamco is who you need to see for any issues dealing with your car. Mr. Mark is genuinely one of the few out there in the world still genuine and absolutely kind, understanding and honest. I am in an absolute financial turmoil and needed rather pricey work done and he still made sure I was able to get the work done and get my car back. If anything make sure you check these guys out and get your work done here. You won't regret it and the quality is top notch ! Thank you guys at aamco so much!

Outstanding service at Aamco! Very experienced and knowledgeable mechanics! They found out that we had a bad relay switch that sends a signal to the transmission control module and then to the transmission with being able to shift like it should in our 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe. Hats off to all you guys! You're Awesome and we can't thank you enough!! Great job!

Don't service this business. My fiance and I experience was awful. Imagine going weeks without your vehicle and finally having the money for repair only for the situation to get worse. We were giving cheaper options at other repair shops but thought spending more with a reputable company would be the better option. We had our vehicle towed to the shop went and started paperwork and handed over the keys to manager Mark, who was on site. Only to get a call days later, stating the vehicle was broken into after hours because someone left it unlocked. He did apologize, but it was an insult to us that the minimum that could be done wasn't, which is at least to make sure workers lock the doors after taking possession of vehicles. We were told a discount would be given because of the circumstances only to have the work upcharged and paying the average price of service received, and still more than we would have, had we gone elsewhere. Now we're left with a crack dashboard, and the screen and radio are gone. We were not given company insurance information to file a claim and were told to reach out to our insurance. I've reached out to their corporate office and still haven't received a response, I am still hopeful the situation can be resolved and our vehicle fixed. The owner reached out two weeks ago. Reaching out almost a year later shows the lack of concern for the customers. I stand by my review and recommend that no one service this location. I feel the company only replied to make it look good for the public.

I usually do not add any comments but I have to say that Mark is one of the most honest, person that I know. He and his team are very professional and friendly. He was so patient working with my insurance, he kept me updated and answered all my calls. It is refreshing and appreciate it. My car runs great. Thank you, Mark!

Mark was amazing! Very customer service oriented. He kept his word, he was informative and made sure to keep me in the loop of everything going on with my vehicle! The place was clean every single time I visited! My vehicle runs great so far (it’s been a few days past pick up), my vehicle was garaged safely, returning back to me in the condition I left it. Overall, I’m satisfied with my total service and it’s helps that the price wasn’t that bad considering what needed to be done !!!

I’m usually skeptical about taking my car to shops because of past experiences, but I was well taken care of here. All my concerns were addressed and auto/paper work was completed in a timely manner. The staff was friendly and Mark was professional. My car is running good so far. I hope everyone has the same experience. I recommend.

Mark and the guys over at the aamco full service shop on Biscayne and dunes avenue performed a complete miracle on my vehicle I'm over appreciative i can't thank you guys enough.today is September 20 roughly 3 to 4 months after my initial review which at the time that was how I felt about aamco but 2 car issues later and no accountability from aamco i feel very different and disappointed all they try to do is extract money from you for the same issue and because you don't know about being a mechanic they tell you its an unrelated issue well i beg to differ i think the shifter is a part of the transmission o but you don't change it when you get a new or rebuilt one i ask to fix my car and anything that they found wrong with it so if I'm getting my trans done quite naturally I would want a new shifter as well but to get more money in the context of shop cost its an unfair practice that shops use and I believe its taking advantage of customers

Now what a coincidence. I get a text to do a Google review for Aamco. Well here you go. I went from needing transmission fluid to needing a transmission after taking my car to Aamco. Aamco 10691 Dunn Ave Jacksonville Fl. does not deserve this franchise name unless birds of a feather flock together. I had no idea how bad the customer service was here until after I experienced it. Mike or Mark at the front desk is unapproachable and unprofessional. He charged me for a diagnostic test that he told me would be free. I had to call the cooperate office to get it back. He has a super smart ass mouth. Trying to provoke you to become just as unprofessional as he is. But it didn’t work. This place doesn’t deserve one star. Thanks for nothing.

Thought we needed a new transmission but after the diagnostics it was recommended to get routine maintenance (flushing of the system & adding new fluid) then reprogram the system. Saved us thousands & worked like a charm.

Want to thank the team at AAMCO again for amazing customer care. after we had taken it to a shop out of state, these guys came through big time getting a mess sorted out and our transmission done right. Then just last week we had to have a new transmission put in our truck. Once again they did a great job. The front desk is always friendly & work reliable. Thank you John, Mark & your team..
