Customer service side was really good. The man and woman you work with are both friendly, professional and had good communication skills. Service side was a lot faster than I thought my truck was in and out in a week maybe less. I had a warranty so I won’t speak on price because it cost me $100. My personal experience was great.

I have old cars so I make visits to the mechanic at least twice a year. AAMCO is the best. I will never go to a mechanic that doesn’t make appointments. They are fast and helpful. They are pricey but it’s worth it.

This place was a huge blessing. We had transmission problems and the dealership was suggesting a full replacement for $7000. Aamco was very fair and told us the truth. We have a running vehicle for less than $400. You've saved our family vehicle! Thank you!

Was told I needed a new transmission, 8k later and 3 trips back to shop for leaks still not fixed. Come to find out it was the secondary air pumps. Crazy 150$ part was all it needed but nope 8k trans bc of a wrong diagnosis.

They did such a great job on my last car issue. I had them fix some others. I had gone without heat for over 3 years and was fed up with doing without. The side break lights on both sides just recently stopped working, and a check engine light that wouldn't shut off. I now have heat, break lights, and no check engine light. I can't thank you guys enough for fixing everything. Everyone there ROCKS!

Jeff & Shelley are the best! Friendly duo, great sense of humor, and I never feel taken advantage of at this facility. They do what needs to be done to the car and don't recommend hundreds of dollars more in repairs that aren't needed (yet - with cars, that's always "yet"). This time I ended up paying less than expected. How often does that happen at a car shop?

The AAMCO on Breckenridge Ln. is the best, my E350 MB transmission tune up was done correctly, fast and at a great price. The lady at the front desk was very professional, pleasant and easy to communicate with. The overall experience and quality of work was unmatched. Highly recommend this shop.

AAMCO in St. Matthews, Ky repaired a transmission leak in my SUV. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the work was done quickly and correctly. The labor rate for this repair was $165.80/hour. I've deducted one star for the price I was charged for transmission fluid. The Dexron II fluid my vehicle uses is routinely available at retail for $8-10/quart. I was charged $21.85 per quart for 8 quarts. This strikes me as excessive, adding an extra $100 or so to the cost of the repair.

Excellent service and honest and fair pricing. Recently I went to get an oil change and had some problems I wanted them to look over. I ALWAYS expect a problem, sometimes real, sometimes fake, from a mechanic, many giving lists of problems that aren't immediate. I was told there were no issues, and advice on how to navigate the issues I noticed, which were likely just idiosyncrasies in my vehicle.

I called Armco with concerns about my Jeep and The staff at Aamco On 126 Breckenridge Ln Louisville, KY were just fantastic. They listened to the issues that I was feeling before test driving and confirming what I felt. Then they offered different choices to how to go forward to get my Jeep moving smoothly again in a quick turn around. Thanks guys

The team at AAMCO was absolutely wonderful. They were perfectly organized and communicative from the moment I called with car trouble to the moment I left the parking lot. They were very quick and even called me to let me know that one of the parts I was potentially going to have to have replaced, was fine—saving me hundreds. I cannot recommend them enough! I will be a customer again and again!!
