Amy did a great job from start to finish. The tow truck driver was quick and courteous. Mechanics replaced my trans in just a day and so far it runs smoother than it has in quite a while, so they do a great job as well.

Been coming here for years. Front desk is run by a dynamo of spunk and knowledge. She is on top of everything there. Love her. The mechanics have always been honest and thorough. They made a .mistake once and promptly made it right. I am their loyal 2 car customer for life. .

Great Experience. Called in the morning and they squeezed me in that afternoon. I had in advertently put too much oil on the transmission. They got to the right level, coded the car also and got me out the door all with no charge.

Very pleasant experience, Amy was incredibly nice and helpful throughout the whole process! 100% recommend bringing your car here, the mechanics are fast and efficient. I had to get my driveshaft replaced and lucky for me they were available to do it right away! Everyone at the shop gets along with each other which is a great bonus because the vibes walking into the place are always up! Thank you Amy and aamco for fixing my car!

Having worked on cars professionally and as an at home mechanic for years, (currently lacking my own facilities) I recently moved to the area and needed a shop. After many calls to other shops, I found this one. I gave them a chance and I have not been disappointed! They are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, competent, and flexible! They have earned my business and trust. I have had to use them more than once and they got a review! Once again they go above and beyond! Efficient, honest, and communicative!

Checked my vehicle throughly. Ran diagnostic tests and came back with a better quote the 2nd time then the original quote. I will l Iikely bring my vehicle back here. Great customer service as well!

Unfortunately being across the street in walking distance from an auto shop doesn't always necessarily mean convenience translating into quality. avoid this shop at all costs unless you like being told I don't know for 3 days straight when you call to ask for updates on your vehicle. Giving this shop multiple occasions to give me confidence that they know what they're doing and are trustworthy. Again stay away, I'm left scratching my head how this place is still in business with the quality of customer service and quality of work they've warranted so many parts in my truck I've questioned the quality and distribution of the parts they are actually putting on vehicles. This shop is mediocre at best and seems to struggle with simple organizational skills. How they have managed to keep their shop running this long is extraordinary. Shift Speed Shop is where I have gone to fix what this Aamco location has not been able to do. Shift Speed Shop in Queen Creek has the proper skills, trust, customer service and results for me to take my vehicles to in the future. Seems to be a pattern with Amy from glacing through the reviews. She is flat out not capable of running a front desk or being a POC for an Auto Shop. She likes telling customers "I will get back to you in 20 minutes" and you end up being the one to follow-up by COB or often 24hrs later for your information. Even when a conversation is had it is hard to get any real details, technical information or sense of the situation in general. Often I feel I have more questions than answers when speaking with her and against better judgment I should have ceased giving them my time and money on the 1st visit.

Very put off by the person running the front. I felt very talked down to. I tried to make light of things, in the event another customer was being difficult. However, other people came in and were not met with the same demeanor as I received. Beyond that, for them to either rebuild my transmission or outright change it with either a refurbished or new one was far more expensive than if I just got a brand new one installed by a local competitor. They were 2 for 2 in Disappointments, and I doubt I'll ever go back or recommend anyone go there.
