I didn’t end up getting any work done after all, but they were honest with me about everything while we tried figuring things out. During this time, they were willing to let me store my car there until I figured out what I needed to do. I decided to take my vehicle elsewhere because of an external issue, nothing to do with Brent and AAMCO. Brent is very attentive to your needs and is well-received. They completed a free diagnostic on my car and they told me everything that needed to be addressed. They were very cooperative while I tried figuring things out for my car, even when I communicated I was going to end up picking my car up and not having any services done with them. I would still recommend them from a customer service standpoint, and I’m sure they do good work!

This location was the best one I’ve had experience with. They were quick & efficient! Also Brent the shop manager was very transparent with the costs and fees with everything that needed to be done. I really appreciate being able to finance the repairs. Will be coming back!

Had a clunking sound in transmission, Took it in here to have it looked at, was told everything looked great changed fluid $280 and out the door. less than 3 weeks later same noise but worse. Took it to anouther shop and had it fixed, it was the valve body that was bad. Called and spoke with manager he couldnt care less they misdiagnosed it so i paid for 2 fluid changes in less than a month. great job guys!!

I have always took my cars into aamco since 1988 in Lincoln Ne. I haven't had one bad experience. I moved to Omaha and took it to the aamco there and had the same experience there. It might cost a little more but it's always guaranteed and I always have customer satisfaction and I get to talk to a person. These days a lot of businesses don't care about that anymore.

My dad car was here for repairs he came to pick his car up and noticed that all of his music equipment was gone and his rack in his car was damaged when he asked about this he was told basically that they left his door unlocked and that there was nothing that they could do because they have a policy to where if anything happens to your car they are not responsible. The job was way to clean for it not to be a inside job they had to have taken their time like they was comfortable to not get caught I feel like they are stealing peoples stuff then hiding behind that policy this really irritates me for my dad he is on a fixed income his equipment was over 4,000 and he had to pay them 4,000 just to get his car back he has worked really hard and has sacrificed to get his car together only for somebody to try to steal his car then have it to go to Aamco for this to happen and they offer nothing DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE the 144 location I believe that they are all owned by the same guy this is not a way to do business nor to treat people if I could leave 0 stars I would have

My husband and I had the pleasure of speaking with Brent re an issue with one of our vehicles. We had sought help from another company and decided to seek a second estimate and opinion. Brent served us throughout the process of fixing our vehicle and contacted us all along the process until completion. Not only did he give us his word, he followed through and our vehicle is smooth running! AND, the charge was half of what we were quoted from the other company! Started taking our vehicles to Brent at AAMCO after a dealership told us our vehicle needed a new transmission. I was out of town so Brent towed it to AAMCO and determined that wasn't the problem at all. We've gone to AAMCO for all of our auto repairs ever since. If you are looking for honesty and great service I highly recommend you check them out!
