We were referred to AAMCO by our extended warranty company for assistance with our vehicle’s repairs. Prior to this time, We’ve not had services completed at any AAMCO facility nor were we familiar with the shop. It was such a pleasure and great experience at the Midland location! The staff is very kind, pleasant and knowledgeable. We personally handled most of our communication with Wendy. We appreciated the transparency, communication updates, and ability/willingness to work with our extended warranty company. Additionally, the location seemed cleaned and peaceful, which is a plus in our eyes. We’re thankful we were directed to this shop and plan on establishing a relationship with them for future business. We recommend you consider AAMCO at the Midland location for your future car repairs! ** Honest sentiment, not a sales pitch!**

I brought my car in because this place was recommended to me by a previous customer. I am a 66 year old lady and I feared that everywhere I go, I will be taken advantage of. I was so shocked to see a woman running the establishment.(girl power). I instantly felt a little more comfortable seeing a warming smile and someone that looked like me.. I must admit I mistaked her for the recepionist. However, once she started talking, I knew I was wrong(sorry Wendy)! Her knowledge was exceptional. She was thorough and helped me understand everything. Peace is everything when you are my age! Every time I call and have a new question she answers me with patience. My car runs so smooth and I'm at peace! Thank you so much Wendy for your knowledge and passion for what you do

STAY FAR AWAY from this location!!! They are unethical and lie about diagnostics. IF you do get a diagnostic that is not within the realm of issues you had with your car take it to a local transmission shop or repair shop for a second opinion. It can save you from being scammed by THOUSANDS of dollars. Technician Christopher J claimed I needed a transmission rebuilt $3-4k+ Took it elsewhere since NONE of the symptoms he noted were true. My car never made the noises or issues he stated. First red flag I saw on the advisories was the mileage hadn’t changed. How was a diagnosis with his detailed notes made without driving it out. There was no oil leak, oil levels were not low and no engine replacement had been made. Took it to a DECENT transmission shop and after a more in depth diagnostic it ended up being a Throttle body issue. Those not savvy in automotive work that is a $400-600 repair. I will let every single person I encounter know about how deceitful and unethical your establishment is. I have already forwarded these unethical practices with BBB and FTC with a picture of the fraudulent “Advisory Notes”. I won’t bother to file a complaint with Corporate because the rotten apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

Communication is horrible. My car has been with them for 2 months. They keep telling me next week next week but no results. They said my car was done and it was in worse condition than when I first brought it in. Alignment was bad. Car would not shift even when I brought it there to get the clutch fixed. I paid them in full already also. They didn’t offer any discounts or anything to help the experience better. They said they’ll get it done asap. Went to go check my car it’s still sitting on the lot untouched.

I’d honestly put zero if I could. My trailblazer SS was in the shop for a month the first time, for a blown transmission. I got it back may 25th drove it for a week. and let’s just say it did not drive good at all. Actually it was worse then ever after 4500 repair. So I take it back the same week. Now it’s been another month no truck. Communication has been terrible (ie the manager is never there to talk too) and timelines keep getting pushed back. Will be contacting BBB if there’s one more issue.

I am a first time customer and was having some trouble with making my payment for my vehicle that was fixed here AAMCO and my vehicle was sitting for quite some time..when i contacted the owner Dillon he worked with me and was very Helpful! I am very pleased with the service i have received Definitely Recommend this place.

AAMCO just replaced the transmission in my 2014 Grand Caravan. It's now driving great and has a 3 year warranty. I do a lot of my own car repairs, so I inspected their work in my own garage and it looks like very clean work. I could only afford half the cost, so they had financing options that worked for me. UPDATE: The replaced transmission blew about 6 months later. AAMCO just replaced it for $0, honoring their warranty. Took about 1 week and a half. I'm very happy with their work, and I like that they texted me updates.

Hi. I want to thank the staff for fixing my car. I didn’t know this was the issue with my vehicle. Me an my daughters was from out of town and came to town and that’s when my car started acting up. I would like to thank Firestone for referring me to you guys. I love your company you did an amazing job thanks for your hard working team. I've experienced 2 different managers and they've both given above Parr customer service. As of now, this is my go to place for my car troubles. Trustworthy and reliable. I haven't had to worry about them fixing something that doesn't need to be fixed or doing extra that didn't need to be done and charging me for it.
