From Celeste in the reception area to Tim in the mechanic shop my experience with Aamco on 13th and Maize in Wichita was top notch. I came in with a relatively big problem. My vehicle was examined and I was able to get into the shop really fast. The issue was solved quite quickly and in the time frame stated and at a very reasonable price. The professionalism and the cleanliness of the establishment and the knowledge of Tim the mechanic was outstanding. Celeste was on the phone immediately ordering the part needed for my vehicle. This place is about productivity and working with a mission of pleasing the customer. I highly recommend this establishment for repairing and doing regular maintenance on your vehicle. If I could give a 100 stars I would. Thank you so much Tim and Celeste!!!

Top ratings for Tim and Celeste! Even though I was willing to leave the car or make an appointment to come back, Tim worked me in and took care of my problem within a couple of hours. Excellent work and a very good price. I'm sure he saved me at least a couple of hundred dollars over what it would have cost me at the dealer.

I took my car to have the transmission evaluated after I got a check engine light. I was quoted 3800.00 to rebuild the transmission. I decided to get a second opinion and i took it to a ford dealer. They did some further investigating and discovered that a different part was at fault, and it was covered under ford's warranty. Unfortunately, the only reason I got the second opinion is because I have Google, and something didn't add up between the problem and their proposed solution. It's unfortunate that they didn't take the extra steps to do the proper amount of research to correctly diagnose the problem. Tread with caution and make sure you do your research before you blindly trust questionable mechanics I guess.

The general experience here is just amazing. Quick and friendly service at the front desk, fair pricing and knowledgeable technicians tackling every issue to the point. Was in there with my truck and they found the issue in 15 minutes and had me back on the road in no time. Highly recommend this shop

Came to this shop while visiting family. The lady that helped me out with a quote, I believe her name was Ashley, was hands down the most professional and nicest person I’ve met in an auto shop! She walked me through step by step of the process and made sure I was taken care of. Her team of mechanics were very friendly and even held the door open for me! I didn’t catch the man’s name, but all of the people I dealt with there were exceptional.

I've have the worst experience with AAMCO. I dropped off my vehicle on November 20th & here it is April 3rd. We only had the vehicle for 21 days. Let's do the math. That's 114 days that AAMCO has been working on my vehicle. Ashley, keeps telling it will be ready on this particular day. When that quoted day comes....it's not ready. Spent over four grand to receive the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL place I've dealt with. The GM promised me it would be ready & it's not! Do not take your vehicle here under this subpar leadership. The location is 10301 W 13th St N Wichita, KS 67212. Save your money & go somewhere else!

The service I received at Aamco was top notch. They took the time to explain to me what was needed to repair my Jeep Compass and the price was reasonable and fair. Anytime I had a question or problem they were quick to respond even though they are a very busy shop. Every employee that I dealt with was knowledgeable and friendly.

Well I have sat back for 2 months and watched my buddy get abused with excuse after excuse of why this company can't seem to repair his car after they "AAMCO" failed in their first attempt at repairing it. Disgusting professionalism and I must say that they have no integrity.

As a customer, I have always expected and appreciated the high standards of professionalism and honesty that AAMCO is known for. Unfortunately, my recent interactions have left me somewhat disheartened. Over the past two weeks, I have been in regular contact with your team, specifically with an individual named Tim. During this period, I was under the impression that my vehicle was receiving the necessary attention and repairs. However, it has come to my attention that my car has not been serviced or inspected as I was led to believe. This revelation is particularly concerning, as it not only reflects a lapse in service but also a deviation from the truthfulness I expected. Edit: I would not recommend you bring your vehicle here.

They had my vehicle towed to their lot Because my transmission was inoperable however My vehicle was left unlocked in their lot And then robbed Of over $3500 worth of Stereo equipment Including two 15 inch kickers, and a 30 inch subwoofer box, Along with a $1500 amp. Someone attempted to pry off The topper on the bed of my truck, causing the rubber lining to be destroyed, and my tail lights to be shattered. Since then, they have hung up on me and refused to give me any answers or help. They haven’t reimbursed me in any way, shape or form and are not cooperating with the police for the report that I made. And I initially took my transmission there to get fixed, And paid nearly $5000 in cash for the repairs but they failed to do that properly as well and now I have to take it to another Shop. This is absolutely the worst service I’ve ever received. Could not have been More of a waste of time or money.

The manager Tim, was super fast on my repairs! He took care of all the financial applications to help me out. I have a Ford Escape and the fact he is a Ford technician, he knew exactly what to do it repair It. All in the same day! Very comfortable lounge as well.
