Edit they asked me to do a review before my service was completed. I WILL NOT EVER BE USING AAMCO EVER AGAIN….. They give you the run around, keep your car for months it took 7 months to get my car fixed right. They had released it 3 times prior and had to go right back for the same issues. My car window was shattered and stuff was taken out around Christmas and no one told me my window was busted or asked me to come look to see if stuff was missing. I didn’t find out until I went to pick the car up I was referred to AAMCO through a different shop. Since transmission repair is a specialty. Dani was excellent to work with!! Highly recommend will be using.

I will definitely be recommending your service to others! The cost to fix the problem was much less than expected, the customer service was exceptional. Work was done quickly and I appreciate just fixing the problem at hand to get it back on the road and not coming up with other stuff that may need attention but not at that time just to make more money. Very happy all the way around.

Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was kept updated throughout the diagnostic scan and they worked very hard trying to research the codes my car was showing and looking for parts for me. I truly appreciated their kindness.

If I could give a half star, I would. This place is a big JOKE. Our vehicle was broken into and another was stolen. They clearly don't know what they're doing. They claimed we needed a new clutch for 2500 which wasn't the case. My husband told them to look again, which they did. They realized it was the clutch master cylinder, which he told them when he talked to them. They gave us the run around for a month and had a different excuse each time we called. It wasn't until we called corporate that things finally started moving. They are definitely not honest AT ALL. I will never come again and I am telling others to not go here. I am also filing with the BBB.

Well I ended up biting the bullet...my 2008 Aura with 208,000 mi needed a new transmission...$3800. In my book that's another 100,000mi Still great mpg, doesn't burn oil or smoke. AAMCO did a great job. The only thing they could've done was wash the grease and handprints off my car. ( maybe a full car wash?)

Worst Experience In My Life I dropped off my truck at the end of 2022 and my transmission is still not fixed as of today. I have been drug through the dirt trying to get my transmission fixed. Every time they call to say that it is fixed and ready to be picked up, the transmissions starts slipping a couple days later. This has happened multiple times now. It has been in and out of there maybe 6 or 7 times at this point, I have lost count. This has created an insane amount of hardship on me personally, financially, as well as at my workplace. It is my only vehicle and I have had to beg and scrounge for a backup wherever I can find a loaner car to use every time I have to bring it back to get repaired again. I also paid $632 to have a misfire problem fixed. Not too long after, this problem showed back up. I brought it back again for them to take a look and they did not really know what was causing the issue. Dani at the time gave me a ballpark amount to fix around $4k. I took it elsewhere and got it fixed for $500! I have a 9 month old daughter that I need a vehicle to drop off and pickup from day care so I can go to work. I also have to drive to work! There are so many hardships right now. I can't even sell my truck in its current condition to buy a new vehicle to try and move on from this nightmare. I am stuck and have been for over a year and a half! This has made me dislike Aamco as a company as well as the love I have for my truck. On top of this location having my truck for up to 4 months at a time, every time I have to bring back my truck, it gets vandalized in their parking lot. It has been vandalized 4 different times now. 1) Catalytic converter halfway cut by a sawzall - The only way I found out was driving it off the lot and hearing a weird noise underneath my seat when I hit the gas pedal - This showed me that it was not properly test drove or inspected before I came to pick it up - The first attempt to repair this, your mechanics used a hose clamps with a sleeve and JB welded over the cut location to seal. - They eventually welded the cut location to fix the issue 2) The catalytic converter was eventually stollen after I had to bring it back yet again to be fixed because the transmission keeps slipping. - I had to use my own personal insurance to get it replaced on top of it. It felt slimy and unprofessional for me to have to use my insurance, but I just wanted my truck back 3) A frustrated employee who was fired loosened all of the lug nuts on all the vehicles wheels that were on the lot. I had to bring my lock nut socket and drop it off so they could ensure they were tightened all the way 4) I just found out last week that my gas tank had been drilled through so some crack head could steal my gas - Their fix for this was to plug the drill hole and seal with JB Weld. - My gas tank was in perfect shape, and now it has an adhesive plug, and now it is my problem I am at my wits end at this point. I was finally able to talk with Darrell (The 3rd acting manager since I dropped of my truck) to allow me to pick up my non-fixed truck so I can at least have a vehicle to drive. Darrell has been more than helpful since he started, nothing bad to say about him. I will have to bring back my truck to have them work on it again once the "new" transmission gets delivered. I am very hesitant as I will most likely be without a truck again for over a month, but I have no choice since I paid them all up front. I cannot afford to take my truck elsewhere for the transmission repair work, nor should I have to. I have tried to reach out directly to the owner for an opportunity to make things right, but I have not heard back in a week. I have had people all around me telling me to hire a lawyer as I definitely have a case. I don't want to have to go to those lengths, but being understanding and patient is not working. All I want is to have the transmission back in working order as I had paid them to do. I will also expect to have the same 18/18 warranty upon final completion of a working transmission.

My stepdaughter brought her car in because all the dash lights were flashing. After some electrical tape around a few wires and 2 days and $440 later Dani called and said it was fixed. 5 minutes after my stepdaughter picked up the car, all the lights were back on. She had to go out of town so the car Was left at aamco for further testing. 5 weeks later the car still wasn't fixed. Dani said they were working on it when they had nothing else to do. We picked the car up and took it to the subaru dealership where they diagnosed a transmission sensor issue within 30 minutes. Parts were ordered and the car was back to us in a few days. Aamco (a transmission repair shop) couldn't diagnose a transmission issue yet charged $440 for some electrical tape. DONT USE THIS INCOMPETENT SHOP.

Once I understood the position of Dani at the front desk was considered a “sales position” it all made sense. The service she provided was kind and courteous and she was quick to get back with me about my issues but overall as a business I do not trust them to be honest or provide fair pricing, Overpriced labor and the warranty on their parts are useless. It seems they install faulty parts, or at least parts that I wouldn’t consider to be quality.Do not recommend.

It was the worst experience I ever had.Took my vehicle there January 29th and it's was to take 30 hrs to be done yet it February 13th and I still don't have my vehicle.

They’ve had my vehicle since the 12th of February and still can’t even tell me what’s wrong with it, have yet to receive an actual estimate and quote that is up to date. I can’t make money without a vehicle and I’ve given them more than enough time to give me an estimate for repair. My reviews are contingent upon services rendered (which nothing but a diagnostic has been done) and can change. Dani repeatedly has said “I’ll get that estimate to you by the end of today” more than a half dozen times. Darryl the GM claimed he’d be handling this himself but hasn’t handled anything it a single phone call. This location is anything but professional. Long hold times, customers standing at the counter being ignored by employees who continue their phone conversations without a care. No ones working on Fridays so don’t expect anything to get done then. They seem understaffed or ill staffed or both. Don’t expect to ever get anything started let alone finished here.

0 Stars! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Dani at the front desk is a liar. She does not follow up with customers as promised regarding any updates on your vehicle. The only time you will get any updates is when you call her. My husband took my vehicle for a diagnostic on Thursday Jan 18th, he was quoted $3100 I called Dani on Friday Jan 19th to provide my warranty info and dropped off the vehicle around 10 am prior to dropping off the vehicle Dani advised it would take 15 mins to get the warranty approved and I should have my car back on Tuesday Jan 23. On Monday Jan 22 I called Dani (again she does not call you) she advised she had not gotten approval however she sent them a quote for all repairs which is NOW OVER $10k. She claims that she would be following up with the warranty company on Tuesday at 9 am. Wednesday 24th came and had to call her AGAIN for follow up as I had not heard from her on Tuesday. She lets me know that she STILL had not spoken with the warranty company but that she was able to call them, once she was able to speak with them she would get the parts as they were already confirmed available on Monday prior to sending the quote to the warranty company and that once they have the parts THAT DAY I should have my car back Friday Jan 26th. Friday comes and they had just got the parts. Dani again tells me my car would be ready on today Tuesday Jan 30th I called AGAIN, and I am now being told my vehicle is going to be ready around 2 pm on Jan 31st. Please know your vehicle is NOT a priority at this shop, they over promise and under deliver. If you want ANY customer service DO NOT COME HERE!

The worst customer service ever. She doesn't call back in a timely manner. I was put on hold for over 16 minutes. I had to call a number of times because she wouldn't call back. It went to voicemail more than 4 times. They make you feel unimportant and like your a waste of their time. Was told it would be done at 1230 but didn't get my vehicle until 530. I would never recommend this place to anyone. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP UPDATE 1/21/24 I wake up this morning and have oil all over my driveway. They didn't fixed the problem

Got referred to this shop from a coworker and I am very happy I took the advice and checked them out. Called them 2 days ago about 830am to inquire about getting my car fixed, they had me in the shop about 20 minutes later to do a courtesy vehicle check(which is free) and gave me a quote for total cost. They have several financing options also. My appt was today to get it fixed and so far the issues seem to be fixed (can't say 100% cause don't wanna jinx myself 😆) but it is so nice to be able to drive and not feel like I'm shaking off the road. Dani, the store manager, is amazing. She and her crew are honest, doesn't try to upcharge or up sale services. She even went the extra mile to meet me at the shop after I got off work so I could get my car. I would highly recommend this shop!

Amazing service. Danni and team went to huge effort to get my 28 year old Miata’s AC repaired as quickly and economically as possible. She even left the shop herself midafternoon to get the only compressor in the city that would fit it so it could be installed that day! Excellent experience in a challenging circumstance. Wonderful customer service! They did a free inspection, their price quote was fair. Since im constantly busy they were kind and drove me home so I could finish getting ready for work and get other things done, then picked me up when my husbands truck was ready for pickup.
