Aaron's is great to work with. We have been taking our vehicles to them for 10 years. They are always upfront about the costs. Explain what needs to be fixed right away and the assessment of things they have found. I would recommend them.

My first experience with Aaron's Car Care was only a simple tire leak being patched, but I felt respected and taken seriously and my questions were answered with honesty. I didn't feel like they were trying to sell something to me I didn't need.

I have my vehicle towed to the shop as they were on the recommended list for my warranty company the guy never gave me his name just some tall blonde dude but he did tell me that he did not have a big enough shop to repair my vehicle and that we would have to have it towed out he offered to give me a price on replacing an engine then never called back with anything after having a toe to another shop they left the radiator cap off let coolant blow all over the engine compartment and left several other parts off my car enough to where the second shop refuse to even work on it where to the wise do not take your vehicle to this place especially if it's with a warranty company

I took our car in for a routine oil change. On the way to the shop I heard a noise coming from the rear. Upon arriving at the shop, I discovered a very long nail in the tire that was hitting the mud flap. I explained the situation to Maddie & asked to get the service done quickly so I could get to the tire shop to have the tire fixed. When I went to pick up the car, I was told it had been determined that the nail had not pierced the tire and had been removed. I appreciate the extra service that saved me time going and waiting at the tire store.

No comments... just didn't rehooked the signals front lights. Came back here again next day to get the lights straighten out... Also noticed mechanic?? was having hard time finding missing screws on his cart tray, to put things back in order...

From 5 starts to 1. This is a review of my experience and subsequent opinion with/and of the business Aaron's Car Care: Summary – downhill customer service and dishonesty! A shame. Apparently, downhill customer service since Aaron has retired. A while back I called asking for some information from Aaron. I was told that they would have him call me back (I was not told he was retired at that point). I never heard back (to me - this is the 1st indication of possible dishonesty (you said you would have him call me back and didn't - you didn't keep your word)). I followed-up and left a VM - still never heard back (seems like continued bad customer service to me). More recently, I call asking for a quote on work. Maddy answers the phone with less than professionalism and a tone that, to me, sounds like she is miserable to work at Aarons. She takes my info and says she will call me back in 10 minutes. She never does (2nd sign of dishonesty, in my view). Now why do I call it dishonesty? Maybe they keep forgetting? No. When I called back again (hours later, after not hearing back from her, once again) and asked what was going on, she rudely and, seemingly with contempt for customers, tells me that the people at the door are their priority and they don't normally call people back with quotes (then why tell me all these times that you would?). Well, there you have it - they (by actions, history, and inference of their own words) seem, to me, to admit that they don't keep their word. Dishonesty/not keeping your word is something I would ever want from a mechanic. Aaron's was always expensive, but was worth it because HE was honest and cared about his customers (I have great memories of Aaron, himself). I cannot say that appears to be the case anymore at Aaron's Car Care now. I can't imagine ever doing business with them again. Truly, a shame.

I've brought my truck there for years, thousands of dollars spent. Recently it sat for 2 weeks. I called numerous times and always got the same response "we'll call by the end of the day." No calls. Today I towed back to my house.(it's been 2 weeks with no call!) Popped up the hood and my carburetor I completely dismantled. I'm not a mechanic but was able to put it back together in a few minutes, that tells me you never even looked at it, you guys just got mad I took my business elsewhere and treated me like dirt. I wish I could post the pictures. Oh and my battery is somehow dead🤷‍♂️

I actively recommend Aaron's Car Care every chance I get. I have been a happy customer for years. I'd say I've gone from being a customer who enjoyed the friendly service to being a friend who knows someone in the auto care business. Best mechanic service I've ever had. UPDATE April 2024: Still love Aaron's - I recommend them enthusiastically. I'll add to this that one thing I particularly value is that I get advice on whether work needs to be done immediately or if it can wait. Aaron and the team provide me good information to make decisions that keep the car safe and protect our budget.

I am the Fleet Manager for a national preventative maintenance company with 400 vehicles scattered across the nation. If our vans are not running, they aren't making money. My local manager in JAX called me because one of his vans simply stopped running. I started Googling the area for local shops and found Aaron's. I called to ask if they would be able to get me in and serviced quickly. It was later in the afternoon on a Friday and Maddie answered and was extremely helpful and honest. SHe said they could not look at it today, but if we dropped it off they could take care of it on Monday. I received a call just before 5 from a gentleman that said they found the issue and it would be ready Monday. First thing Monday morning Maddie called me to tell me that our vehicle was fixed and ready to go. The pricing was very fair and the customer service was exceptional. I will definitely be using Aaron's again whenever we are in need of any auto repairs. I would highly recommend.

Not worthy of any of your time or money. I got a flat tire coming off the interstate and this was the closest place. Plus, I had a tire in my car to replace it with. It was 3:45pm and they don't close until 5pm. The lady in the office said they didnt have time to help me an left me stranded them recommend me down the road to a shop that doesn't even work on tires

I moved to Palm Coast recently and I need an oil change and check to make sure everything was good. My car 7 years old . But I came back here because of not just awesome service but the customer service and attention made it worth it. Thank you again so much. I was hearing an odd noise in my engine . I called Aaron's and the got me right away. Found the issue and it was resolved in less than 2 hours and prices are extremely reasonable. . All employees are so courteous and friendly. I would recommend you to come here . Thank you, I was so relieved it wasn't a major problem. I called on Wednesday and got to bring my car in on Thursday. My A/C was running warm. I love that it is a family run business and they truly care about making the customers happy. They have excellent customer service and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you all so much.

Women beware! Where do I begin with the problems with this shop and my recent experience? My car made a squeaking noise from under my hood when I started it the other morning, which sounded like a belt might be loose. So Aaron’s is located close to my house, and I decided to stop there to see what might be wrong. They told me to leave my car there and since I lived 1 block away I did. Madelyn (the apparent owner as Aaron is retired), called me later and said they sent me an estimate. She told me my struts and shocks were “shot”. The estimate came to over $1417. They couldn’t find what the squeaky noise was though! Madelyn said if I wanted to leave it overnight, they would look in the morning. In the morning I received another estimate for an additional $757 stating that I needed a new pulley, belt, sensor and something else, as that’s what the squeaky noise was. My estimate included a fee to diagnose it and to align the vehicle. Since I wasn’t about to pay for those other things they were stating was wrong, as I have a reliable, trustworthy mechanic, they told me they would knock off part of the diagnostic fee if I got it aligned. So I told him go ahead and do the alignment. Never at any time did they say that I couldn’t do an alignment or an alignment wouldn’t work IF the struts and shocks were as they say “shot”! I went to my mechanic today and had him look at everything they said was wrong, and he said I don’t need any of the work that they said I needed to get done!! He then said, why did they do an alignment if they were saying that the shocks and the struts were shot? Because IF the struts and the shocks were shot, an alignment wouldn’t work! So I called today and spoke with Madelyn, explained all this to her, and said I wanted to make a complaint and asked why if the struts were shot, as she told me the day before, how were they able to do an alignment? She then said she wasn’t going to go against her mechanic. She stated that if I wanted to leave a review that was fine she wasn’t going to discuss this with me, just don’t come back, and while I was still talking, she hung up on me. I believe this place saw a woman (I’m 65) and thought they could take advantage of me. The only reason I took it there in the first place was because I was driving by and they lived one block from where I live, and thought why not stop in and see if they could tell me what that noise is rather than driving all the way across town to my mechanic. Big mistake! Women beware! Thank God I do have a very trustworthy mechanic and should’ve just taken it to him in the first place when I heard the noise. Lesson learned. Update: Response from Aaron’s was typical. Did not address WHY she told me the struts were “SHOT” and needed to be replaced, which if they really were “SHOT”, they shouldn’t have also recommended or performed the alignment. Can’t do an alignment if struts and shocks are “SHOT” and needed to be replaced! They were clearly trying to take advantage of me (a senior citizen woman) by saying I needed to have struts and shocks. That’s what “SHOT” means Madelyn. She didn’t say they are worn, or needed replaced down the road. Key words here are “SHOT AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED”. Seniors and women just beware. Aaron had a pretty good reputation. Too bad he didn’t have the new owners change the name when he retired! I’m sure he wouldn’t be happy about this.
