El ensendido del star tenía un ruido cuando se encendía por la mañana ellos dijeron que era la bomba del agua cambiaron todo $$500 up pagamos el ruido apareció una semana después.. llame a todas mis amistades para q no se asomaran ni a ver no sea que cobren por ver esas motos de hay en la entrada ..

I was charged $2,354 to rebuild my transmission which had to be repaired at another shop because they don't repair transmissions. They charge 4% when you use an American Express card to pay your bill. I went back in July because my car was not working properly. After a week, when I went to pick up my car the owner said that it only needed transmission fluid. The problem was that the next day I noticed part of my new bumper which I had installed in January was cracked and scratched. I went back to the shop but when the owner saw me, went in his office and would not come out. Be sure to examine your vehicle before leaving the shop to make sure it has no damage.

NO recibí una buena atención de este taller la atención es deplorable!, son poco profesionales! Yo soy una persona con discapacidad auditiva incluso se burlaron de esto y solo necesitaba me explicaran el diagnóstico correcto sin embargo no dudaron en cobrar. Solo les interesa robar tu dinero! Hay más opciones en la zona donde pueden atenderte. Jamás vallas allí y si te atiende Cesar seguro tendrás mi mala experiencia! I did NOT receive good attention from this workshop, the attention is deplorable! They are unprofessional! I am a person with hearing disability, they even made fun of me and I just needed to explain the correct diagnosis, however they did not hesitate to charge. They are only interested in stealing your money! There are more options in the area where they can assist you. Never go there and if Cesar attends you, you will surely have my bad experience

Una muy pobre atención es lo que ganarás llevando tu auto a este taller. Al principio parecían amables pero pocos preocupados siendo mi auto el único medio de mi familia y mi bebé, dejan al mando a cualquiera y si no es por una llamada telefónica que yo hiciera para preguntar si podía mover o no el auto este estaría con el motor fundido! Les importa muy poco sus clientes. Que experiencia tan amarga y desagradable además de sentir la impotencia de no poder hacer nada porque al encargado no le importan sus clientes. Les da totalmente igual.

Scam artists! Will steal your money. Run! Will complete the work before giving a quote and then demand tons of money! I dropped my car off for a quote, a couple days later, they call and tell me the work is done and then demand nearly $4k for work I never approved! Please, please go elsewhere and save your money, time, headaches and stress!

This is the only place I know that charges customers 4% of your total if you pay with credit or debit card. There are signs but I noticed them after I agreed to do the work and they don't tell you until the end they call it a "convenience fee" (maybe for them) the work was ok although the wait was a bit long. En este negocio te cobran 4% mas arrival del total si pagas con tarjeta de debito o credito siempre pregunta antes ya que no te lo dicen de frente a no ser que te des cuenta de los avisos, el trabajo estubo bien a unique se demoro bastante.

Took my motorcycle on the phone they said one price, when I was gonna pay, they increased the price by almost $70, not only that, it had been the second time that I had to take my bike there, because the first time they said I was something else and the problem continued, so I went there to claim warranty and ended up paying more than $600, besides that fact it took them more that 3 weeks for something that the charged me 2.5 hours of labor at $75 per hour. Save time and more importantly money. DONT GO THERE.

My experience at Abana Auto Parts Was extremely good. Carlos was very friendly and polite. I went in to get a new set of tires for my Hummer H3 and they did a multi point check on my vehicle And determined that I needed to replace the wheel bearings, They explained the reason in a simple but detailed manner, proceeded to give me a quote for the parts and labor and they even threw in a discount since I was already buying the tires from them. They told me the car would be ready at 5 PM and when I got there my car was fixed and on the pick up ramp. These guys love what they do and they do it for a fair price. I definitely recommend them!

Siempre he llevado mi carro a reparar a ese lugar con el sñor Novoa propietario, ahora con nueva administración me atendieron muy bien con el nuevo administrador que se llama Carlos y con los mismos mecánicos muy buena atención al cliente garantizada.

This is the worst mechanic shop in Miami. I sent my engine to be rebuild and they did a horrible job. Engine is worse than before I took it. I'm here to let anybody that is thinking about taking your vehicle there, to STOP. I've lost so much money in this place and in the end I stayed without a car. This place should be shut down forever
