I have used ABM once before and they did a great job. Does anyone know if they can do routine maintenance on Subarus? I need the Trans/Diff fluid changed and brake fluid changed.

ABM was very helpful. We were in Chicago from Louisiana visiting family and needed a replacement tire which had to be a specialty tire required by my car. They found a tire in a warehouse across town in Chicago, had it on my car within 3 hours. The owner , Adele, took it on as his personal project. Thank you !!

Real pros. Communications were promised and they delivered the service and kept me informed before doing anything on my car. It’s getting harder to find a garage that will say what they are going to do, then do what they say. It’s also nice that they keep and show you the parts that they have replaced as I sometimes wonder if parts are really replaced by some shops.

Finding a mechanic can be a daunting task. There are good ones out there but extremely hard to find. My search began because my regular mechanic retired. I had issues with my manifolds. It was a very laborious process which meant it was goind to be $$$$ I took it to one guy that quoted me and later said he couldn't fix it because he didn't have the tools. Huh? My intuition said it was too much for him to handle since he didn't have a large staff. I've gone to others where they completely rip you off and not worth mentioning. Anyway I started my review search especially in the neighborhood I live in. Took it straight to ABM. Adeel informed me that they've had worked on similar issue with my vehicle so I left it there for them to check it out. Called me back the next morning to tell me the options I had to keep my cost low along with other issues that may need attention in the future. I appreciated the no push sales approach. He was very honest and respectful and the price was fair. Went ahead with the job and they fixed the problem. I think I found my mechanic? Will try the shop again when I need future repairs and update the post with my experience. Nice that I can walk/pickup my car. Support local business too which is a plus! So far, so good!

Went for my emission went to Abm because of the hood reviews and yes they do good work they personally took my car to emissions and when they brought it back I passed not going to lie not the cheapest in town paid a little more then I thought I would have to but hey you got to pay the piper right

Our first issue with the car since we moved to this neighborhood. I chose ABM to look into our AC problem for their great reviews as well as for being in walking distance from our home. Turned the car in, had a friendly and helpful conversation with Adeel who talked me through all possibilities. I walked home and sat down only to get a call from him 40 minutes later letting me know that the issue is fixed and our car is ready for pick up. He again explained in detail what the issue was, how they fixed it, what to watch for etc. The price BTW was reasonable, too. Needless to say that you guys won a new customer today. Whatever comes next I will go to ABM first! Thank you!

ABM Auto Repair did a fine job with a repair of my Toyota Prius covered by a third-party warranty; also an oil and filter change. The car was ready when promised and as a small, no-charge “bonus,” they reattached a loose piece of underbody plastic. “Adeel” (ABM owner) was pleasant to deal with and thorough and transparent in his communication.

Based on a recommendation from a friend, we brought in our 2010 Toyota Prius last month that was having break issues. They got us in right away, assessed what was happening, explained the issues to us, and quickly got the car repaired for a fair price. It turns out multiple people who work there own Priuses themselves so they are very familiar with how to assess and repair the common issues for that car. Very impressed and satisfied!

ABM Auto is the best in the city. They can help with any issue for your car, even out of date audio and computer module issues with older cars (Two and counting). Nothing is too complicated. Very honest and fair with pricing. Never go to the dealership, see Adeel and his team at ABM.

Every time I have taken my car to ABM with a sound or issue, they fix it right the 1st time and quickly!! They are expert in so many areas of repairs and know how to repair foreign cars, such as Volvo and VW. I honestly can't trust anyone else in this world to fix my car at a decent price, timing and quality.

Adeel and his crew are amazing, I've been going there for past 12 yrs best decision ever as he is very straight forward, he doesn't judge me being woman and welcomes my research and helps me accordingly. On my fifth vehicle in 12 yrs, he is still my go to guy, I trust him and it's very important, adeel have never advised me ill I appreciate his work, and the time he promises.

Based on good reviews, brought my 2010 Toyota Prius to ABM several days ago. My car's brake booster pump had a problem making it dangerous to drive. Knowing beforehand that the defect was on my brake booster pump, bought a used one at Ebay. Before going to ABM, called them and got to talk to Adeel. Told him I already have the part and he was honest and straightforward telling me he cannot guarantee that the part would work. He gave a quote for the labor and told me to bring the car in. He told me all the things that needed to be done and that it could be finished in just half a day. True enough, the work was done in four hours or so. I've been driving my car everyday since then and the brakes are doing well. Great job ABM! Thank you Adeel!

When i went there to get my car checked by them the guy at the front desk informed that it was going to be a courtesy so they won’t charge me for the inspection. After checking the car that same guy gave me an invoice of $130 telling me he wrote me 1 hour labor for only checking the car, even though he told me it was gonna be free?! I told him i am no liar and he was trying to rip me off through it. Then he got very upset and began to be offensive. Never recommend to anyone, STAY AWAY from these scammers!
