Got a tire plugged. The guy wouldn't give me a receipt. It was for my work vehicle and I couldn't use the company credit card. Had to pay with my own cash. It's not a really big deal I got reimbursed, my company didn't need a receipt for the plug but if I had to spend more money.....

They run the garage like should be run. Old school! Your talking to a blue collar mechanic. Not a kid at a national chain that can't do something unless approved from corporate in NY NY. They'll work with you also if your financially in need. Good men all around.

I took my 2016 Equinox to these guys because I had tried the big, well-known, repair shops and the auto center at the dealership but no one had availability to even LOOK at my car for a week or two, let alone do the repairs. I drive by Above The Rim everyday on my way home from work so I thought I’d call and see if they could check it out. I looked at other reviews so they seemed like a great shop. Long story short, I have found my new repair shop for future repairs!! These guys are AMAZING!! Their prices are very reasonable!! They did a pretty significant repair on my car and did an outstanding job! They are polite! They are honest! They are timely! I just couldn’t say enough positive things about this place and the owner!

I went out to do work on their garage door and they were the most honest and down to earth people. I am a car man myself and seeing the work they do they are phenomenal at what they do, professional, friendly, and really care about their customers and vendors. I highly recommend them!

Stopped in to ask about purchasing a tire. Said they couldn't help me unless I had all the numbers on my tire and gave me a business card. got home and called them several times to give them the numbers only for them to hang up on me every time. All I wanted was to give them money for a tire. it was weird

They had two new used tires for my front of my Hyundai Elantra at 35 bucks a piece installed. Couldn't be that price and they're great tires. I'd use them again !

HAD 2 USED TIRES PUT ON THEY ONLY TIGHTENED 2 LUGS ON EACH TIRE. NOW MY CAR MAKING LOUD SOUNDS AND THE ONE TIRE LOOKS LIKE IT WANTS TO COME OFF. I KNEW THEY WERE UNFRIENDLY BUT WOULD HAVE NEVER GUESSED THAT THEY WOULD TEAR UP MY CAR. STAY AWAY FROM THESE DUDES VERY UNPLEASANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL GUESS YOU HAVE TO BE A LIFETIME RESIDEIDENT TO GET HELP
