I was passing through Albuquerque during my cross country move to Seattle when I had accidentally driven over a concrete parking stop. Concerned about any potential damage or leaks I stopped for the night and came here first thing in the morning. They inspected the car very quickly and luckily there was nothing wrong with the car. I really appreciate the quick and honest inspection. And they did it for free as well! Can't recommend this place enough.

I would never take my car here again when I called to do some work on my car they gave me a price they charge me more then they said over the phone they didn't do everything they said they were going to do

Absolutely the best mechanic shop out there. I've had multiple mechanics in my life, and all of them fall short. But the people here at ABQ Qualily are by far the best people, mechanics, and businessmen. They do great work, give you very fair prices, and don't try to charge you for unnecessary work. 10/10 shop. -Junior

I'm a Honda fanatic. These are the only guy's I will allow to work on my cars. Emmanuel is always polite and honest. I don't always take my car to the mechanic, but when I do, it must be ABQ Quality Auto.

This has to be the most professional, competent and efficient mechanics we've been to in Albuquerque and we've been through many and have had tons of bad experiences. ***UPDATE******************************** I opened an update to show how quickly a response was made from the owner in response to my comment. This just shows their responsiveness and proactive interaction with their customers. Highly recommended Auto Shop.

They came in at almost 400 dollars cheaper than what the Honda dealership wanted to charge me and no issues in about 3 months since so yeah I'm pleased!

I have a paralyzed arm, and wish I had the ability to change my own oil because they overfilled my car on purpose. Now I have an oil leak from my valve cover, not to mention they then proceeded to overfill my braking system's master cylinder. Thus, leading to a leak from my master cylinder. These folks ought to be ashamed of themselves!!!!!!!! Nice try, I'll fix all of these problems and keep on pushing. Hope this review helps steer all future customers to a more competent mechanic. I could do a better job than these fools with the one arm I have left. God bless, and find anyone else.

Absolutely phenomenal service! Took my 13’ Infiniti JX35 because the transmission was acting up. Other shops had advised me it would need a transmission. I wanted a second opinion, looked these guys up and all the service are Asian vehicles so I knew they were the pros. An honest transmission service was all it needed and she runs great once again! Thank you team!

I had an issue with my clutch hydrolics on my 2008 civic. They called me a couple of hours after I took it in and told me it was my cmc and slave. The tab was $785 which is a little more than some shops I've been but it was reasonable. It's still less than the dealership though. The service overall was pretty good. They updated me on what was wrong and never left me hanging. They also did not give me the vibe to sell me stuff I did not need need and me car was finished the same day. The only reason this was not a 5 star was because my battery was disconnected and my radio gets locked out when you do that and needs a code. It's free to request on my car online and get a code, but I know some this is not an option. Other than this small issue, I would recommend for some services you may need. However, there are other mechanics in town that can do the same work for less.

Best auto shop in Albuquerque, especially for Hondas. So quick at getting things looked at. Had a small hiccup while they were fixing the car (my brake pad unexpectedly cracked), and they offered to completely cover the cost to replace. I have nothing but good things to say about Art and his team. Cannot recommend enough.

Art determined the source of a leak on my Accord, ordered and replaced the seal and test drove the vehicle to ensure the leak was repaired. Very knowledgeable Technicians and excellent customer service. They far exceed the Honda Dealership maintenance shops in the area. They are now my go to shop for all my Honda repairs and services. Took my Honda in for A/C diagnostic. They took my vehicle in, determined the A/C compressor was bad. Replaced the compressor .excellent service and professional repair and got me in a day earlier so I had transportation to pick up the car. Thanks again guys!

I came here to get the lock on my driver's side door fixed. This was something they said they would be able to handle even though my car is a Ford and they really specialize in imported cars. Still, they came highly recommended to me and for the price of labor ($200+), I figured hey, they should be able to handle it right? WRONG. When I came to pick up my car, the battery had died while it was there! They gave me the excuse of it having been left there for a while (it was only there for two days) and that they have to move it inside at night. Neither of these things would have killed the battery. Someone must have left a light on in my car or something. A bad look either way. Then I drove the car home and noticed the lock was still busted! It can be locked using the key manually, but not using the remote. In fact, the lock button on the remote locks all the other doors while unlocking the driver's side door! If they had been the reliable auto shop I believed them to be, they would have checked this in the initial diagnostic and before giving me my car back and taking nearly $500 of my money. But they did not. Turns out it needed an additional part to fix a wiring issue. Again, I believe this is something they should have noticed in the first place, especially for how much they charge for labor. I told them no thanks and I'll take it to another auto shop that won't let my car battery die while it is there.

I showed up with no appointment and a list of things my sixteen-year-old Accord needed before I could drive 800 miles more to get back home. Emmanuel and Art were FANTASTIC at fixing my car and communicating with me. If I stood on my desk and yelled this as loud as I can, that would still understate what a great job they did. Albuquerque is really lucky to have these experts.

They are the best in town! This was my 2nd time coming to the shop and they were able to get me in less than 3 weeks with as busy as they are that's quick! What drew me to this shop is the initial customer service of setting up an appointment and when I came to drop off my car the continued hospitality. What I appreciate the most is their communication. With any updates they reached out to me before they did anything else and provided all options before proceeding. They were able to fix my car the same day and honestly I my car feels like a whole new car! I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants straight forward communication.

Try to fix AC, and got a quote with $1300 to replace condenser and compressor. I denied it and went to Jiffy lube and it turned out it was just a hose problem, then got fixed with $300. Never trust this auto store anymore
