Matt, our repair representative kept us up to speed on how our repair work was coming and when to expect it to be completed. The staff at ABRA were professional and courteous. I was a bit confused at first that no one even took a look at the size of the damaged area of my windshield. I was told to call Crystal Fusion to file a claim…so I did . I then received a phone call stating that I could just bring in my car and have the repairs done. Again - no one had looked at it- so I brought it in for repair. I just sat down to wait for the repair to be done- when they came out and told me I needed a replacement windshield- damage was too big for repair. So I actually made 3 trips to ABRA- but the end result was good/ and again - the staff was very friendly and caring and courteous.

🙂 throughout the experience I was comfortable and confident that no one could do a better job than Abra. It turned out my confidence was more than justified. I received my vehicle back as if it had just come off the assembly line, as good as new. I even made some new friends at ABRA.

Matt walked me through everything and explained the work being done in detail. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk to Matt and the shop guys were all very friendly. They offer you free coffee when you arrive and they don’t leave you waiting. Loved coming here and my car came out perfect! All the hail damage was gone and car looked brand new again. Will definitely come back here for any future work my car may need.
