I’m making this honest review for an honest shop. This shop hasn’t been perfect on repairs for my 2017 Chevy Sonic and made some mistakes along the way, the difference between this shop and other shops is they don’t make you eat the cost for their failures. Abramson Automotive has done repairs on my car for a good price with good intentions and made right the mistakes they made with those repairs. An honest shop has way more value than a shop that isn’t honest in these times. I look forward to doing more business with this shop in the future and know there being honest about what’s needed to keep my car on the road.

I've been going to Abramson Automotive for two years. The service was excellent. The staff is friendly. i recently went to get my alternator replaced and the job they did was perfect. My car is running smoothly. I must say I am happy with their service and I will continue to take my car there. If you're looking for a place with good service, friendly staff and reasonable prices Abramson Automotive is the place to go.

Jeff has been my go-to for years now. We found him after another garage did a shoddy job on our alternator and he went to bat for us has been amazing ever since. He is always professional, communicative and courteous. We moved farther away and still find it worth the drive when we need work on our car.

Turnaround time was good. In my case Clutch hydraulic system had a leak. Problem appears to be fixed. I give it 4 stars because price. It's crazy how much shops are charging these days.

They say first impressions means a lot. I have much love, now for Jeff, and Ed after meeting them. I had a alteration I wanted to do to my car; but if I took it to a dealership to have it done would charged me no matter what a fee to do the job. Nope, not Jeff. I asked him how much would he charge for a small the alteration to the car. Jeff looked at me and said no worries, I won't charge you. Yup, it was FREE!... This place just received a new customer in me. This is a prime example of "the small things that counts". This man could have charged me anything, but decide to opt to get it all back, by receiving a new customer and by word of mouth that will continue to bring this establishment new customers and success. This made my day! Old school style of doing business in 2024 is a very rare find and I have found it here and I will be back trust me. Thanks Jeff, and Ed and the other gentlemen.

Came in to get a transmission swap done on my Honda Civic, and after telling them what happened. Jeff and the tech's were able to diagnose and fix the car within the next day. Turned out to be my axles and ended up saving a lot more than anticipated, great shop w/ great techs!

I cracked my radiator yesterday headed home to Flagstaff. I was able to pull off the 202 onto the street where Abramson Automotive is located in Mesa. I was given a diagnosis and set up for repair the same day. They kept the Suburban overnight and I made it home safe and sound this afternoon. 10/10 recommend.

This place is a great place to deal with. Both times I have needed to take my vehicle there they got it in and finished in one day. They will also not repair things that don't need it. They would rather repair then replace which you don't find anymore. Thanks again guys.
