I'm fairly experienced in auto repair, when I was younger. So I'm a little picky with who touches my vehicles. That being said, when any repair comes up that I can't do myself, I will just have my car towed to these guys. Period. They are very honest, and didn't jack my price up, any of the times, when they could have. Jeff in particular spent enough time on the phone with me , that he should have charged me extra. Thank you Jeff Oh yeah, I forgot to mention they are always right on time with repairs, and the one time there were unforeseeable complications their communication was great.

BUYER BEWARE: bait and switch with these guys. They swapped the brakes on my Mercedes for used brakes and rotors! I'm calling the Attorney General. These guys are IMHO quick and dirty. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS

Love this place! When you leave a large car dealership service department with well over 2K worth of suggestions for your car and then take it to Acceleration and leave with everything fixed, and some things not needing to be fixed, for $875. Honesty goes a long way!

They fixed the convertible top function on my Mercedes. It seemed like a difficult job and I had trouble finding someone capable of working on such a thing. Didn't matter I had a vintage model, they were able to do fix it back to new. John was who I dealt with mainly and he's pleasant and explained things well. Thanks guys

This is the best ship I've found, they are completely honest. They told me what I needed fixed and told me up front how long I could get away with my part before it went out completely out. I've called them just to pick their brains.

Be vary careful of early air cooled Porsches. $2800 and ran worse then before. Refused to wire Warm up Regulator. Got car home ran two wires and car ran beautifully.

Although there specialty is foreign cars, they took on a hefty project on my 79 corvette...suspension, engine, electrical, etc. these guys are the best at what they do on any make of vehicles...... thanks guys....

I've been taking my SUV and car here for years. These guys deserve a shout out. I've had oil changes to wheel bearings done. They even solved the mystery of my automatic seats randomly moving on me while I was driving. They're straightforward with the repairs needed or if I can hold off. I trust them and their cost for parts and labor are fair. They've always done a great job.

Was recommended this place by another auto shop that does not work on bmw's and I was not disappointed. The staff was friendly, efficient, and you can tell this shop is honest and fair with their pricing and recommendations. I will definitely be back for any future repairs.

This place is by far the best auto repair shop to take your European car for repairs. Customer service is great. Jeff, the phone guy, was very knowledgeable about my BMW and was able to give me his best guesstimate. Here's to hoping Jeff is a great guesser.

Everyone at Acceleration seems to be really great. They are fast, efficient, and honest. They’ve even told me I can get parts cheaper elsewhere and advised me on things that don’t need to be done immediately to save me money. Highly recommend!

So frustrated and disappointed with this establishment. They charged me $175 to replace a single $1 fuse. My fuse box is easily accessible on my dash board. I am a single women and inexperienced with mechanical issues. But I have since learned that was an extreme overcharge. They stated that the cost was due to an hour and a half of labor cost. Every one I have spoken to since has confirmed this is a job that should have taken minutes. As in 5-10 min. They would not release my carb until the bill was paid in full. This is clearly NOT a place to take your car if you are not familiar with auto mechanics.
