I original choose this business because they where 7 minutes from my house however, They did one of the best jobs on my car i have ever seen. They were also the cheapest quote i got on painting my vehicle and restoring her to one color. They did the job not only exactly on budget without any additional suprise charges but also one time. Buck told me one week I dropped the vehicle off on Monday and the following Tuesday morning was told it was ready and in immaculate condition. They did an excellent job color matching my Porsche which isnt easy because Porsche paint codes are complex. Im 110% satisfied with his work and communication

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY. BY By FAR THE MOST HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE IN 35 years of owning cars He held my car hostage for two weeks even though he was being paid from an insurance company. He lied to me about the price. Bad work and inconvenient, an overall nightmare. Learn from My mistakes and go elsewhere. This guy is a totally unprofessional

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Accurate Collision Rebuilders. First, the owner said he could do the repairs for the amount of money the insurance company was offering to cover damages. Then the owner made deadlines he did not keep because he does not have employees to do the work. I was told my car would be ready in two weeks. At the two weeks I tried calling the business and the phones were off the hook. I had to drive to the shop. When I got there, my car had not even been worked on, the front bumper was removed and that was it. I inquired about how much longer it would take, and the owner was rude and told me 2 more weeks. I had to request an extension on the rental car from the insurance company. Later that afternoon, the owner calls me to say the insurance company told him to quit working on my car, they were totaling it. I called the insurance company to find out what happened and I was informed that the owner called them requesting more money to fix my car because he was not going to make any money from the work he needed to put in to it, and he needed to order another part which would take another week. If the owner would have explained this to me, I would have paid the extra expenses needed to fix my car. Instead, the insurance company was fed up and totaled a perfectly well running car. Instead of paying$700 for the additional repairs, I had to finance $13000 for a new car.

Buck (the owner) is the man! I am a student at the University of North Florida and got into a wreck Tuesday November 14th. I was going home to Sarasota Fl the following week for thanksgiving break and have an uncle that has a shop back home. I brought my car to Accurate to see if it was safe to drive home because i would get a better deal from my uncle. When I asked Buck if it was he said without hesitation i could get it home. Not only did he say i could get it home but gave me advice on precautions i should take on my way home just in case something internally goes wrong. The Automotive Industry as a whole has a bad reputation for not being honest but this 100% does not apply to Accurate and Buck. Thanks again guys you have gained a customer for life.
