Accurate Mobile Mechanics

The guy starts fixing my car BMW X5 at 7:00pm starts taking it apart. At 8pm I tell him I am leaving to get the part (alternator and belt) I come back and he is gone and my car is wide open with the hood down and my Mac computer on my front seat with the key in the ignition, doors unlocked and windows down! I would not ever recommend ANYONE DEAL with this business. I have a witness who was with me who took me to get the part so they can't lie and say it is not true. I have called several times and they will not return my call. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and whoever else I can tomorrow! Not only could all of my stuff been stolen the guy left with not even so much as a phone call! I for some reason just saw that this crook was still open or at least shows he is still open. Run from this guy run and never deal with them.

The dispatcher hung up in my face quoted me a price lied gave me the run around over talked me yelled at me i was forced to give them a star or else i wouldnt have i work as a court clerk they take the money amd they dont do the work dont go here the staff is incompetent i will be taking further action legal action

Waist of time, charges me for a diagnose and says there's a vacuum leak but basically said "doesn't know where it coming from". Waist of time and 40 dollars down that could've gone to a better mechanic. Stay away people! (No wonder all the bad reviews I should've looked before calling)

Great service, showed up on time and got right to the issue. My truck runs better than it has in years and I learned a few things as well. Thanks for the great service we will definitely be referring you guys to our friends!

My wife called and a mechanic showed up the next day. She paid the mechanic $85 for a diagnostic of which he confirmed at the time that it was a bad Vacuum Booster. A couple of days later, he called and stated that he could not find the parts and that if we could find them, to buy them and he would come back. He also stated that it possibly could "also" be a bad Master Cylinder because he didn't actually complete a thorough diagnostic. We called back and left a message; then another. He never called back. Upon calling the "supposed" main number numerous times, we got a response from a mechanic by the name of Jim, the initial mechanic's name was Mark. Jim "complained" about how short-handed they were and how many hours they had to work. The phone number is a corporate number dispatched and routed to contracted mechanics with apparently "no accountability". We decided to go elsewhere. STEER CLEAR FROM THESE GUYS! I'm sure they can fix mechanical problems when they "feel like it".

Paid the guys $80-85 and hour for 2 hours, slapped on something I didn't ask for, did a crap job I could have done myself had I had the tools of my own for a fraction of what I paid them. Needless to say, the one star I'm giving them, they're lucky to get it, since zero stars is not an option.

Promised to have someone show up "soon" at 6pm. 9pm, I called and got a 15-30m promise. 10pm, calls went straight to voicemail.

I would advise anyone looking for a mobile mechanic to stay away from these guys. I called and set an appointment to have a mechanic come by around 7.30 and was told I may have to wait a little while since it was later in the evening. That part I had no problem with but after 2 hours waiting in the cold and still no contact from the mechanic I finally get ahold of someone in the office and they tell me that they can't get ahold of the only mechanic they have on staff and that they don't know where he is. The people here have no sympathy and are very unprofessional.
