They diagnosed and fixed what the dealership couldn't/wouldn't. Great feedback during progress of repairs even though I added items for them to complete. Vehicle returned in a timely fashion with complete work done. Highly Recommended!!!

Excellent work. Had a new engine put in a few years ago on my 2009 f150. John had asked “ do you love your truck “ obviously I do and he continued on installing that engine. Still runs like new to this day. Thank you John and to your team for such hard work and an outstanding job!

This is a good auto repair shop however if you bring your vehicle in on your lunch hour you probably will not get it seen because they close the auto shop for a lunch break however if you get it in first thing in the morning you have a better chance of getting it fixed

I asked for help with what I thought was brakes or axels. I took them for a tour in my car to demonstrate issue. They said they weren’t sure what it was. The car vibrated. Most mechanics know that Hondas and Toyotas have these kinks, and know the solution. I was told they wanted to charge $129/hr to figure it out. I am a young girl. I was calling an uber and was told to cancel, then told they wanted to do an hourly rate to find the issue - ans that they’d get me another uber. They tried to convince me to do this because they “weren’t sure the issue.” Then didn’t follow through on customer service. I asked for just the oil change, and communicated also in writing, nervous they’d charge me something else. Oil change charged also for labor…almost 90.00. I don’t trust them, do not be fooled by kindness of admin. Will not be back- any other mechanic would atleast do a free inspection, or not charge such an insane amount.

These guys are the best. They are expertly caring for our fleet of service vehicles that are from 2006 to 2022. Prompt service. Fare prices. It is convenient that they own a tow company since AAA has recently stopped towing commercial vehicles. Can't image using anyone else. Highly recommended

I had visited Accurate Service again. This visit was not preliminary scheduled, it was Friday and I had a little hope for same day repair. (My old Jeep had electrical issue). But Jon and his team did almost impossible - at the end of day my Jeep was ready to go. They find the issue and made it disappear. All the service was professional, honest and very customer - friendly. And again - I do recommend this service. Update - one more time I get my Jeep repaired (electrical issue). And again everything was done very professionally and customer friendly. Services price was very reasonable. What I appreciate so much - Jon and his team are honest. That is very rare in car repair business. Thanks! My best wishes for you and your business! Update. 08/2021 I had my car serviced at Accurate Service for 4 years now and wouldn't take my cars anywhere else (if I could). Absolute professionals, no hassle, and trustworthy. Last time I had visited this shop about a month ago. My old Jeep had few unclear issues in electrical system. And I had very limited time before moving to other state. My only hope was Accurate Service. And despite all obstacles they helped me again. Problem was detected and repair was done. Thanks to Jon I could ride right on time. Long story short - on two cars serviced at this shop my family had a ride more then 2000 miles in 3 days. One car is 18 years old other is 14 . No problem at all!!! So after good professional service cars are reliable! Now both cars ride on Pennsylvania crazy hill roads without any issues. I am thinking about future car maintenance and I already miss Accurate Service... My best wishes for Jon and his team! THANK YOU!

I own a moving company and one of my employees put gas in our diesel trucks. I was in a tight spot since my customer needed their items and the job was going to Phoenix. The owner went out of his way and helped me on the spot because he cared about me and my situation. You can’t find that kind of professionalism, empathy and top notch service! I had a great conversation and learned some great business advice as well. Very knowledgeable, kind and courteous. Overall, great company and I will be a life long customer.

Our international box truck broke down so we had it towed to Accurate. We were told that the problem was with a particular problem, (a high pressure fuel pump or something like that) and was charge 2,000 for the repair. I was told that this would fix it but it did not. I would not have proceeded to pay these guys 2,000 dollars if that wouldn't fix it. After the 2k they then told me that it was a bad computer (ECU) and that the part alone was 3500.00. I told them to put everything back together and that I would have it towed out of there which I did. When I showed up to have the truck taken out, they didn't even put the interior of the cab back together. I then had it taken to another shop and they were shocked at the cost of what I paid and the price that I was quoted. There was no problem with the ECU, and to fix the truck was only took a couple hundred bucks, two hours, and it was just a couple of sensors. Thank God that I towed it out of there because MY COMPUTER WAS NOT BAD and they wanted to charge me 3500 just for the part plus programming etc.They dont stand behind their work. They stop by our office all the time to drop of cards to solicit business but beware, I will never go by this shop again. Wrong diagnosis, bad customer service, inflated service costs, and general incompetence. Congratulations, if you were looking for the "worst experience ever" award you win!!!
