This place is a rip off. You have been warned!! Brought a truck for the repair here. They quoted about $600 for the yoke part only. We got it ourselves for under $300 from the dealer. But then they charged $800 for the u-joint which is $80-200 part. This is beyond crazy. I've completely lost trust for these small shops after this. We will now only go to big chain repair shops. On the bright side they did fix our truck 3-4 days later.

David is owner and operator of Accu-Trac. Art is the Service and Parts manager. Work was done on our Motor Home, they were more than willing to get the work done in time to meet our schedule. Hard working employees explained everything before they did the job. Highly recommend if you need work done on your motor home, this is the place. Very pleased Bob Fleet ( Bobarino )

I’ve been to this shop twice and both times have been amazing. The first time was for suspension repairs and upgrades on my Class C RV. This thing drives like a dream now! When I needed a new fuel pump, they were able to get it done. None of these repairs are easy when you live in your RV full-time, but they made it go as smooth as it could. I highly recommend them for RV repairs!

Brought my r v in for a front end alignment Was told I needed. All new tie rods My RV only had 30,000 miles on it I was charged $777 for the parts which is twice the amount. At a part store When I Asked why the price was doubled. They said they have to make money. I don't believe there was anything wrong with my tie rods. All I needed was the alignment which was $225. But instead my total bill came to seventeen hundred and forty Dollars With parts and labor. I might recommend going somewhere else

Developed a horrible scraping noise caused by broken radiator fan shroud. Called and Art and he said bring it in Thursday at 7:30. Got there and they removed the shroud and I was back at RV park by 8:40. Can't thank Dave, Art and two mechanics enough.

Dropped off my Uhaul trailer. After the shop keepers saw my difficulty backing up the car dolly; they offered to do it with a spotter assisting they had it unhitched within minutes.

A breath of fresh air when it comes to heavy vehicle repair. Got a few issues fixed on our Prevost conversion and they did it the same day with smart thinking, realistic solutions and all at an amazing price. We have to thank Accu-Trac Repair for taking our motorhome in 1st thing Monday morning when we found out we had a broken anti-sway bar bracket and had a 10 hr drive ahead. As soon as the part showed they replaced the part while we waited. Thanks to Art and his help.

We purchased a 32 foot 2013 Thor Class C from a local RV dealership in March so we could fulfill the dream of traveling the US when I retired. There were a few things that needed some repair or replacing. After experiencing tons of frustration, high costs, and wasted time from big RV servicers, we were referred to Accu-trac. Let me tell you that when I called them, Art asked me when we needed our RV and when I told him we'd given notice for the 15th where we were parked, he asked. "Can you bring your rig in at 8:00am on [the] Wednesday [before, 8/10/22]?" YES!!!! We sure could! And we arrived at 7:30am and were greeted in a welcoming fashion by Rigo, who wrote up our work order to repair or replace the marker lights on our cap (that another place had "worked on" for 8 hours 4 days before without sussing out the issue). All of our marker lights were replaced along with a fuse and one wire, and our RV was ready to go before noon! Let me tell you that before I scheduled an appointment with Accu-Trac, I read all the Google reviews. They were mostly 5s and people cited the great customer service, the ability to be scheduled promptly, and the reasonable and fair charges. People, if you are reading this and wondering if you ought to call Accu-Trac to complete a repair on your heavy RV, do not hesitate! Make that call NOW! Accu-Trac is a small operation that services and repairs LARGE RVs, trucks, and semis. That just means that they are still small enough to appreciate their customers, to provide individual customer service, charge fairly, communicate with you, and keep their word! Believe me - Accu-Trac was everything I hoped for in RV repair business. And three cheers for Art and Rigo!!! Keep on doing what you guys do so well! Thank you!!
