At Ace Auto both Managers and the mechanic knows what they are doing. If you want your car fixed at first contact and in no waste of time, this is the place and the people. It is not a cheap place but worth your time and trustworthy. Mr Ben, Mr Bashir and Mr Adna (the mechanic) the best people i have known for the past 7 years with great characters. Keep up the amazing service you provide us.

Kind of confused about an estimate I received from here for $800. When I got a second opinion, it was less than half the cost. I understand some people price differently, but that seems.... excessive...? Maybe I am not their target demographic 🫠 Update: As dumb as I feel writing this, the noise and issue we were having was the clip that holds the hood lever thing (that holds the hood up). They were really going to charge us $800 for something that was not wrong. There was absolutely nothing wrong. There is no noise after realizing what it was. Super disappointed.

This place was really good. Got my car fixed. Radiator replacement same day done knocked out cars running great couldn’t be happier was crazy expensive. It worked out really well. I’m very happy with this place and I will definitely be back.

Thank you to the guys over at Ace Auto led by Ben & Bashir!!! And the other mechanics including Alex who is trustworthy. I've been taking my car to them for over 5 years when I moved to the area and now that I've moved away to a different area , I still drive back when I need service. I've taken my car there for minor to major repairs from an oil change to a catalytic converter change. I get great service, honest pricing, honest work! Feel free price shop around and you'll find these guys are fair.Car repairs anywhere are expensive and is hard to hear but I appreciate knowing Ace Auto is telling me the truth...what's necessary and what can wait. I’ve been using a Autocare for 10 years now, i just realized i have never posted a review for them. Anyway this place is my one stop shop for all car issues and care. They super nice and hardworking people. Others advertise 5-10 mins oil change but i have experienced it.

I was not able to resolve the problem because they do not have an electrician in on Sundays. There's a wire missing in my wiring harness to my output speed sensor and they were still willing to check for free to make sure that was the only issue. They didn't resolve the issue because they were not able to without dedicated electrician on Sundays but they did offer to let me come back since they resolve the curiosity about what the issue was and found that the entire wire is gone for some reason and it has to be run from my ECM all the way down the wiring harness I will be going back today to get the problem results since the electrician will be in today as they told me and the fact that they were willing to do a diagnostic and check to see exactly how much the problem there was and exactly what was wrong with the wiring for free instead of charging me a diagnostic fee show me that they care about my business and I'm thankful and grateful that they did

I've been searching for almost 8 months for an electrician that was willing to replace a wire from my ECM all the way down through my entire automatic transmission wiring harness to my output speed sensors since it was missing completely missing and this is the only shop that I found in eight months that was willing to look at and diagnose the problem as well as six and a rewired it's so that my output speed sensor would shift my transmission correctly I'm very thankful and very happy with the work that they did I'm so happy to finally have my car shifting and working in perfect condition. Thank you again guys.

my back blinker wasn’t working (for turn signals) & they fixed it for $35. Maybe replaced a bulb? I have no idea, but it was very quick. I was there for under 45 minutes.

Today I had a check engine light come on. So I took it to ace autocare. I knew the reason why the light came on , it's because of a throttle response controller that ace installed. I just didnt know how to make the check engine alarm go away. Ace was trying to tell me it was because I needed a new knock sensor. Which was going to cost 960 with 6 hours of labor. So all day I was driving past the shop to see if my car was actually in the shop or just parked in the front of the building/parking lot. It stayed in the same spot all day long it never went into the shop. I even called right before I busted them. He said it would be 1.5 hours until the mechanic was done with it. he said I'll call when it's ready. So I decided to show up early, 5 minutes after our conversation. I called them out he looked like he saw a ghost when i showed up.. He was trying to say the Mechanic just pulled my car out of the shop. I said I've been driving by all day it never went inside the shop. I said are u still trying to charge me 960 dollars. He was like no we are waiting on the parts to come from ft worth. Mind you he just told me 5 minutes ago it would be ready in 1.5 hours lol... He knew I busted him, so he didn't charge me anything for the supposed 4 hours of labor. It's messed up that companies try to screw over people and take their hard earned money over work that never got done or needed to be done in the first place. I would make sure they can prove that you need a repair before they "start the repair". That would prevent alot of the the so called repairs that need to be done.

Ladies, avoid this shop at all costs. I went to this shop back in May for my car's electrical issues (issues with car sputtering to start). All they told for the diagnosis was two wires weren't connecting properly and charged my $600 for "electrical" (that's all they put down on my receipt). Fast forward to August 2nd and when I go to leave a friend's place, my vehicle doesn't start, it doesn't even have power. I wasn't able to bring my car to them until August 14th due to personal reasons. My car is with them for 4 hours, I was told it would take at most an hour and a half to diagnose, and when I call to check on my car, they tell me they can't find anything wrong with it. I then take my car back and go get gas. When I go to try and start my car, it doesn't start and it has absolutely no power. I had to wait on roadside assistance for SIX HOURS in 100 degree heat because this shop couldn't do their due diligence with the warranty on the electrical repairs they charged me $600 for. I'll never be going back to this shop again. Absolute waste of my money.

I have been taking my Audi Q5 here for about a year. Bashir & Alex are the guys to talk to. I had to get a cv axle for the driver side and they replaced it no issue. It started acting up again and they not only fixed the driver side under warranty but also the passenger side at no cost to myself. Yea I had to pay the first time but not the second! They always tell you the low down truth and they have experience with luxury and mid luxury vehicles. When you pull in to Ace you only see those types of vehicles parked there. Obviously a good reason to stop by!

This is my second time coming to this shop for repairs. I received same day service both times. They really helped me out during a hard time. The prices are fair compared to other shops. I highly recommend!
