Heard the workers talked to each other: she’s a girl and she drives a Tesla. Make her pay for 4 tires. She drives a Tesla, she can afford brand new tires. There were only 2 tires that needed replacement. Not only that, they messed up the regenerative breaks. I had to get it replaced. They also test drive the car above 100mph. I tracked my car with the app. It showed me that it was driving above 100mph. I appreciate people liking the car, but aggressively test drive a customer car without permission is not right thing to do. I understand that you need to test drive the car to make sure it works, but around 60-70mph is more appropriate not 100-120mph. That’s inappropriate usage of client’s private property. The car was at 120 miles battery and it was returned to me at 18miles battery. I asked to speak to the manager and the employee repeatedly refused and stated that the manager is not usually at the office and he assures that his employee doesn’t test drive a cheap Tesla. That’s very inappropriate things to say to a customer and even behind their back. I would appreciate if you can fix this.

I have taken my car here on several occasions for servicing and I tell you the kindness that’s has been displayed is above and beyond just getting my car worked on. Geoff is amazing!! It’s nice to still have a business that cares about you and your business!!! I highly recommend Acorn!!!

Acorn tire shop is the only place to go if you're on the Northside/Lincolnwood area...my appointment was at 8:30..they got my car in and were done in 45 minutes..the place was clean&spotless&the staff couldn't have been more professional&courteous..Thank You again.

Geoff at the front desk is so nice and really wants to help and make sure you get the best price and deal for your car. They were quick to do the tire change told me when to come back and everything was done. Will use this place again.

Great facility. Clean sitting area while you wait with TV and Kuerig. Very professional. Customer service great. Chris helped with a broken wiper that Id just bought new in September. Good warranties!!

Great service, would use them again. Always answers questions, clean sitting area and has car ready when they say they will. However, I will mention two things. First there is a service charge for using a credit card which I was not made aware of either on the website or verbally. I would have paid cash if I had known this. Second, when I tried to give this feedback on their site by hitting the give feedback button it wouldn't accept it.
