My car started to fail late Friday afternoon on the way to family reunion in Winter Park. I found Action Auomotive with a google. In hindsight it seems like a miracle. Start to finish they made a bad situation so much better. The mechanic, Griffin, quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem and got the parts ordered. He stayed until the repair was completed. They even offered to drive us to a restaurant for dinner while the repair was in process. They were a "God send". Highly recommend them.

Someone recommended that I come here and I am so glad they did. These guys were so professional with their communication and helpful with the pricing. Went in for rotors/pads install only to find out that a brake line and caliper needed to be replaced as well. They got the parts needed at wholesale prices and worked with me on the final price. Great shop with great people!

Action automotive does the best care for my Subaru forester xt. Had a vibration problem when I drove my vehicle. The technicians that work on my vehicle showed the utmost respect and care. Want to mention that Griff is a fantastic mechanic and definitely knows his profession. Thanks goes to Sean for his great customer service.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. We were told we needed new tires, a filter, and motor mounts the old ones were worn. And the brand new tires were the biggest concern. My transmission is now out and I can't make it to work. I KNEW it wasn't tires. So if I would've paid them the $2100 they asked for I'd still be sitting here with no ride to work and rent due next week. Ps $200 an hr for labor is robbery, it's $65 to $80 an hour where I come from ****My bad it was $200 to look at the car and like $175 (basically 200) an hour to fix it, unless the dude who emailed me my estimate was a liar. I had a black Lincoln MKZ. Now to be fair I went back and looked again to make sure I didn't make a mistake with the name as you mentioned. NO I DID NOT MAKE A MISTAKE. I just went on Google maps and looked at your pics from outside your shop. This is definitely the place that tried to rob us. If there was a way for me to add screenshots I would. I'm looking at the address right now on the email, SAME PLACE. Please don't call me a liar and maybe check out what your staff is doing to people if, you claim this isn't your doings.*****

I highly recommend Action Automotive account of the highly skilled technician Griff who worked on my 96 Chrysler. You can learn of him on Youtube Griffzillagarage. Sean runs the office, who is very efficient, attention to detail; pricing very reasonable.. I've been taking my car here for the past 5+ years & will continue. ONLY highly skilled technicians are within the team. Recently parking brake would not disengage, Griff repaired & educated me what was done... Thank You Action Automotive!!

I've been taking my vehicles to Action Automotive for years. When it recently closed down I struggled to find another competent mechanic in town. I was excited to hear the shop was reopened once again under new owners! The new team there did not disappoint! Sean and Griffen were amazing to work with. Competent, polite, and knowledgeable! These guys are great! They helped me with an oil change, and got a list of things that will need attention soon without pressuring me to do it now! They are kind, punctual, and definitely seem to care about what they do. I highly suggest them and will come back!

These guys were awesome I had no idea what I was gonna do about my car but they were able to help me get my car back on the road. They were very professional and would highly recommend there service. I was past due on an oil change and my breaks were grinding. My dtr told me about Action Auto so I called and was relieved they could help and do services that day. All materials were dealership quality and I appreciate the friendly customer service! I will definitely come back!

My gas tank had been drilled. The place worked to find the best pricing and continued to keep me updated on service while my vehicle was in the shop. My vehicle had also been in an accident after sliding on ice. I'd brought it to a different shop the year before but the issue wasn't fixed. I asked this shop to take a look at that as well, and they addressed it. I've been to many mechanics with three different vehicles. This shop has been by far the best to work with. They got my vehicle in and out as quickly as possible and tried their best to ensure that my vehicle left in better condition. Again, all while keeping me updated. Adding to the communication, the transparency was very much appreciated. Definitely recommend to at least try reaching out to Action Automotive Service if you're looking for vehicle service.

As always, Action Automotive providesd top notch maintenance at reasonable pricing. Everyone is always professional and kind. First time customer at Action Automotive… took my VW in for AC recharge, after driving in the 90s heat for months. Told Shaun how much the dealership wanted to charge, he was super nice and understood my situation. After 3-hrs & $200+ Saving, the AC was professional done, I was very impressed with their service and very friendly environment. It was my lucky day to find them! Please support the locals!

I worked with Griffin Ash at Action Auto. Griffin is very thorough, honest, and is a great communicator about the service and what needed to be done to get my car back on the road. I did not feel like Griffin was pressuring me to pay for needless work, but I sensed that he had my best interest in mind when he made his service recommendation. I plan to come back to Action Auto and work with Griffin again in the future.

I love the care that everyone at Action Automotive puts into my vehicle. They're extremely thorough and communicate really well through the whole process, so I feel confident in the work they're doing. I feel like they really do a lot in their troubleshooting and diagnostic phase, so when they make the final decision with the plan for repair, it's with lots of time and information at hand. That way the customer isn't paying for extra services. I trust them to take excellent care of my truck, every time!

We took our recently purched used car to Griffin Ash at Action Automotive Service to find out what repairs and maintenance needed to be done before going on the road for an extended time. He was thorough in his inspection and presented us with his recommendations. He explained all of the items along with his recommendations without any hard sell. Because of the age and mileage of the car (2013 and 130,000 miles) there were a number of major items that needed atteention, so we weren't surprised at the final bill. Griffin was VERY attentive to our needs and his work was professional and quick. We highly reccomend Griffin to anyone needing work on their vehicles.

I've had a difficult time over the years trying to find an honest, reliable and trustworthy auto service shop anywhere. When my Saturn Sky broke down while visiting Colorado Springs, being from out of town I was seriously worried about getting the car fixed right and without being ripped off. I feel incredibly lucky to have found Action Automotive Service. They went the extra mile to make sure all the work needed (and only the work needed) was done and done at a reasonable price. If I lived in the Colorado Springs metro area, Action would be the shop I would always bring my cars to for maintenance and repairs. You folks are lucky to have such a shop!
