Excellent customer service. I had severe damaged to a tire. Without their help I would not make it to work the next day. I showed up 15 minutes before closing. They quickly were able to help me and stayed 15 minutes late to make sure I was taking care of. In addition, to be fast and friendly they gave me a great deal. I cannot thank them enough

I’m going through the most toughest time right now with my family, next thing I know my 2018 is stalling on me at every red light, I’m new here to the area I don’t have a mechanic. I was so confused and low on money they were able to replace some sensors at a discounted price and now my engine light is off and not stalling, I can’t explain how grateful and thankful I am to have pulled into here, The compassion, the customer service and the work that was done was amazing. Kenny, the service manager, was so great to me and my family. We were stranded on a Saturday afternoon and couldn't find a location in the area that had a high pressure Valve stem for my truck and Kenny took us in as a walk In and got us back on the road in under an hour. Rate these guys 5 stars.

I’m very impressed! I sent my 19-year-old daughter to this place to have my flat tire looked at, as the indicator was showing noticeably low pressure. The service technician inspected and tested the tire thoroughly and found that there was no puncture or damage—just a minor pressure issue. He didn’t charge them anything for the check. This kind of honesty and service is rare these days. I’m grateful and impressed. Thank you again! —Beth

Popped in today because of a flat tire. Kenny came out and helped me right way. Hannah at the front desk was very sweet and helped me get the best deal. This was the best tire replacement experience I’ve ever had.

Customer service with Dorman was so disappointing. Talk about making a bad situation worse. OUCH. I miss the customer service Action Gator provided. Mavis bought them out and they dismissed long time customers was sad. I will explore a different option for my vehicle needs in the future.

Good staff, knowledgeable folks. They went and picked up a tire for me they had at another company location about 3-5 miles away and extremely last minute, instead of just making me buy the more expensive option or leaving my car overnight. Will definitely use them again.

Today I was helped by Dorman, Hannah, and my tire repair man was Zack. I was sent to them by another store. Thank God because it's been so long since I've experienced such wonderful customer service. They had me in and out within an hour and even let me watch as they patched my tire. I'll definitely be using their services for future resolutions!

Dorman is Very efficient and is always ready to assist Very nice and very knowledgeable about what was needed for my car and he made it very easy to understand what i needed done on my car he honestly made a stressful situation stressless his greeting was pleasant and he was very attentive and I honestly feel that he is a great asset to the company and exemplifies all the qualities of a great employee I hope that the company keeps him and I feel that he deserves a raise in Jesus name amen 🙏

Excellent service. I know they do all types of maintenance, but I needed a look at my coolant right before a road trip. Dorman, Kenny, Hannah and Nick, the tech, were all knowledgeable, quick and kind. I was in and out under a half hour. Highly recommend Action Gator! Plus my kids were here and were able to watch all the action.
