Recently took my car here after receiving a quote for repairs ranging over $6000. Thanks to them I saved $5800 because they found the real issue. Now my car is driving better than ever. So grateful for them. Great turn around time and customer service. They are honest and I will be receiving all car repairs from this place from now on. Thank you guys so much.

They did an excellent job, it was done right the first time, the owner Chris was absolutely super friendly, no hassle, gave me the answer I was looking for, itemized the cost of the part's labor and taxes for a grand total of the cost of the job from Start to finish and was done in a timely manner and professionally done with certified experienced machanics. A friend recommended this place to me and my husband. When I arrived Chris was helpful and great. The mechanic was nice too. The price wasn't bad either. I went to other places to get a water pump put on my car It was ridiculous. My car is doing great. I will come back and tell my friends and family about this place. Thanks Action Auto Service.

My go-to auto service provider in the City! I have visited this establishment several times and recommended many friends as well. Tony, the master mechanic on staff, is exceptional, trustworthy and fair. I have taken my car to him following a visit to a local dealership, and he has guided me in identifying what was needed (almost always contrary and significantly less expensive than what was recommended by the dealer). Will return for standard maintenance because they keep my car in good shape!

First and foremost, I've been to six other Brake places here and in west memphis.The only person that shot straight with and told the truth, was Rick. plus, Rick is my nickname, that is a whole different story , for another time, LOL I explained to Rick, I hit a pot hole on these terrible pot hole riddled streets and roads🤔I've lived in a lot of places I absolutely know these are by far the worst streets and roads I've driven on ever driving a car period. I think if, Memphians would turn in their repair bills to the city, they'd fix them🤔,I doubt it too🤔Rick just heard a description of my problem over the phone and said bring it on in the shop. Needless , to say, the price was fair, the diagnoses was spot on accurate . He had me out of there in less than an hour, a little over 30 minutes.The last guy I had work on my brakes, did a terrible job, I called that guy and explained to him, I need him to look at my brakes, he didn't have the decency to respond to my texts🤔Rick, you did a GREAT job!! I conveyed to him, I'm going to definitely have him do my rear brakes and my struts too. You Rock Rick!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
