I brought my car there for a diagnostic test after going to two other auto shops that did work on my car. I was charged close to $400 to get my car out. According to them, the person working on my car spent all day trying to diagnose the issue, which is the reason for the payment but I only intended to pay for the service I scheduled and was not notified of them having to do further work on my car than my scheduled service. Even after leaving my car there for a week, and bringing it back after picking it up because the issue still wasn’t fixed, I am still dealing with the same issue with my car. Paying them was a waste of money
