This was the first time we had used Adam and Son. It was a wonderful experience. Everybody was very polite, very efficient and worked with us on the issues with the car. They even recommended some of the things probably weren't worth fixing based on the condition and age of the car. We just moved to Colorado Springs a year ago and have tried a couple other auto repair places. This will be our new go-to place.

Adam & Son Auto Repair truly was a life saver in an unusually difficult situation. After taking my 2020 GMC to multiple locations to diagnose a brake issue, none (to include a Brakes Plus location) were able to figure out what I needed repaired or replaced. In comes Adam and Sons. They were not only able to diagnose and solve my mechanical issues for significantly less than I was quoted from other locations, they were also extremely accommodating with timelines, updates, and the use of a loaner car (saving me hundreds in rental expenses). Both Eric and Josh went well above expectations, helping me with coordinating with my insurance company (their initiative) and answering any questions I had. Honestly, some of the best service at a repair facility I have ever received. We will absolutely be coming back for any future services. Thanks for being awesome guys!

I appreciated the fact that Eric stayed in constant contact with me as the technician evaluated the problems with my vehicle. I also appreciated the logic which was employed in starting with the simplest and least expensive to the more complex and more expensive approach that was used in servicing my vehicle. The problem was eventually found and corrected. So far, my 2002 Yukon that has 251K miles on it purrs like a kitten once more. Well done to all who were involved in getting us back on the road again. Very well done and timely; my car tire popped and shredded. They helped me replace it, and they did a check of the car and let me know what was needing focus and any other concerns about the vehicle. They have a nifty system where they take pictures and describe what’s wrong and why it’s dangerous or a worry. They text it to ya so you can see for yourself. It was very concise and well done. And after I picked up my car the steering was a little off- they checked it and fixed it- which was a relief for me; I’ve been places where I’m scared or too drained to return to fix little things. I was comfortable, informed, listened too, and my car is running great.

Great service! They kept me well informed of every step and had photos to show the maintenance needed and what to look for in the future. They were very clear and open about their pricing. Even gave me a priority ranking of what absolutely needed to be fixed in order to get my vehicle road worthy.

I appreciate all the hard work they put into my vehicle. It definitely needed some love. Daniel was always a pleasure to talk to when I called to check in. Very personable and professional. I did have to call the office more than receiving calls from them, but I understand that they are busy. :) When I took my truck home it still had some issues so, unfortunately, I had to take it back. They managed to fit me into their schedule and work on it some more. However, after bringing it home the second time, it still has the same issues. I genuinely appreciate everything they did for me! It is an old truck so I understand that it will never be perfect- something I enjoy about it. It has character! :)

I was stranded at the Sinclair station at Union and Briargate, with a car that would not shift out of park. It's a Subaru, and apparently it is such a common problem that there's a disk you remove by the shifter so you can release it--only I didn't have a screwdriver. Luckily the gentleman at the front desk of Adam & Son came to my rescue and made sure I could drive off. No charge. If I didn't already love my mechanic, I would move my business over to them. Based on the way I was treated, along with an elder gentleman who pulled in with faulty wiper blades during a rainstorm and received immediate attention, I definitely recommend them to anyone in the Briargate area looking for a new auto mechanic.

Rob at the Briargate location provided consummate customer service when the shroud on the front of my Toyota van was dragging the ground under the vehicle. Rob re-attached the shroud and I was back on the road in 30 minutes at no charge. His kindness deeply affected me, and I pray great blessings upon him and his business. Thank you again, Rob.

Absolutely amazing service and communication. If there was any changes or updates at all, I was getting a phone call, making sure I was okay with what the next steps would be. Both Eric and Josh were amazing and I highly recommend coming here for anyone having car issues.
