Incredible service & attention to detail!! I’ve been looking for a reliable mechanic for years and am so happy I found Adam’s. Not only did they walk me through the ins & outs of what my car was needing, I even got a shop tour! I honestly have never felt this taken care of by a shop! They truly go above & beyond for their customers. 1,000 out of 10 would recommend!!

Excellent Service! I had to wait longer than necessary for my vehicle inspection! They realized that and to compensate, they waived the inspection fee. Most generous !! Their courteous service was good enough. But thanks for the generosity !

I brought in a 2012 Mazda 3 several weeks ago, last part of july through first part of August, was displaying a cylinder 3 misfire, I was kept up to date while analysis of my vehicle was being performed. Mechanic also found a power steering line which seemed to be at the point of rupturing, line replacement was done and a flush and fill to ensure proper function at around $1150.00. The mechanic(s) apparantly were not able to solve the misfire which cost around $2500. Here is what occured, I initially picked up my vehicle 5 days after i first brought it in as I was contacted that repair were done, 10 miles later and the same check engine light came on, same issue still occuring. I returned the vehicle for another day, I was contacted that issue was again resolved, unfortantely it was not, brought vehicle in again with same misfire code. Three times the code was still showing and the misfire was never resolved, I paid for a solution but never recieved one, I eventually took my vehicle to Jeff Haas Mazda on Katy freeway, they were succesful in solving the misfire issue by adding a full fuel system cleaning, I was prepared to have a manuel carbon buildup cleaning performed but was not needed, so my question to Adam's Automotive is, what did I pay for? I was a first time customer, needless to say I will not return. I couldn't in good conscience recommend this shop for more than oil changes, inspection stickers or similar auto needs. In response to alleged owner feedback, I was the one whom notified your service personnel about a Mazda bulletin regarding a carbon buildup cleaning. The spark plugs were not initially replaced by your mechanic and considered okay, after getting my vehicle back for a second time and check engine light continued to display, then, the spark plugs were replaced and even after replacement I still had the same check engine misfire code appear for a third time, it’s not my fault your mechanic could not solve my issue. I will not return or recommend Adam’s Automotive if and when asked, thank you for taking time to respond. Yes, you did sent videos and such, but in the end you did not repair my vehicle, you certainly charged me as though you did and I kept getting the same misfire code after picking up my alleged repaired vehicle, not once not twice but three times and even then, it still wasn’t repaired. You run one shady outfit, Houston beware.

Scam artists. I told them the issue and exactly what I needed replaced. They quoted me $1300 to replace a U JOINT! "But hey I think we should just replace the whole drive shaft since it's only $3 more"... called for quotes from 3 other places and all were ranged between $300 and $500 to replace u joints...$700 to replace a drive shaft lol. Take your car somewhere else please, and don't fall for their charm.

Absolutely blown away by the staff and their facility. I ran out of gas on I45 during rush hour, was so shaken up and happened to coast into their parking lot. They quickly calmed my nerves and gave me a lovely tour. By the time I circled back to my car, they had snuck gas into my car and pointed me in the direction of the nearest gas station. So thankful and will be a lifelong customer!

I have been going to the location on Barker Cypress since they opened. Everyone has always been very helpful and friendly. Recently, I have had couple more serious issues with my car. Erik has been the service advisor I had the pleasure of working with. He has been so helpful and explained everything so I could understand. I would recommend this company highly.

When I called I asked if they could do the work needed or did I need to take it to dealer ( told service Person what the alert message/issue was on my hybrid) ‘Yes we can’ SP Calls at 12:00 no we can’t, you need to take it to dealer for that issue. However, you need to do $1000 worth of other maintenance /:

I am here to sing the praises of Adams Automotive! Realized at 5:30pm that my inspection sticker had expired and took a chance and called after seeing their sign in my Spring Branch neighborhood. Not only did they answer immediately and say YES, come in now...we will take care of this for you, they gave me a grand tour, made me feel like the most important customer, introduced me to an owner (Patty), completed the inspection, provided a carwash and to top it off, did not even charge me for this first visit!!!! WOW. I thought I was dreaming. They truly understand the value of quality customer service with a personal touch. I was beyond impressed with the facility and every person I met that day, but especially with NIKO and EDDY. This could not have been a better experience and I am happy they are in my neighborhood...even if they are not in yours, I would recommend you try them anyway. Thank you Adams Automotive!!!

I don’t think these guys are scams or anything, but I can confirm they recommended and received work that wasn’t needed. My AC kept cutting on and off with cool air, and their diagnosis could not figure out the issue. They recommended a flush and recharge of refrigerant which we agreed to do. The problem was solved for about a week and then it started again. We were recommended to keep driving it and bring it in when the hot air was blowing because they couldn’t find the problem or a leak that would cause this. I ended up going to the dealer, and within an hour they found 2 failures that were thermostat issues, which would not have required a flush. Even at the dealer, the cost will be roughly $400, I was charged $540 for the flush. So not only did services get performed that weren’t needed, but I paid more than what the dealer charged to actually fix the problem. I personally will not go back because of this, but again, I don’t think was ill intent, however it did show the mechanics are either not Mazda certified or failed at being able to properly diagnose the issue.

I recently visited this auto shop last Sunday, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the exceptional service I received. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with professionalism and respect. My car had been making a humming noise from the tires, and the team went above and beyond to address the issue. The person Niko Sarantidis who assisted me was outstanding and very kind. He provided a detailed and honest explanation of what was happening with my tires, even taking me to the inspection area to show me the issue firsthand. He offered several options to address the problem, all at no cost, and allowed me to make an informed decision without any pressure. Their level of thoroughness, transparency, and customer care was truly remarkable. I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience and would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of car repairs or maintenance. Their professionalism, honesty, and dedication to customer service earned them a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars!

This place ranks high in my book! My dealer put me on a 2-3 week waiting list to get in. Adam’s took me right away, got my issue resolved and had my car back in less than 48 hours!! Super friendly people and kept me up to date on the progress of my repair. Rodney was my service advisor and was so helpful and friendly!!
