Can’t say we’d ever take our trucks here again, not honest service, terrible attitudes, shit not being fixed right and shit having to come back because it breaks down 10 miles after you get it, then having them leave something lose for it to do it again, better off going somewhere else than dealing with these guys

I was Blessed to have called them. Friendly, Honest, Knowledgeable. This describes my experience with Addicted Diesel. My 1999 cummins broke down in the afternoon. I called Addicted and asked them if they could look at it. Jason told me he was booked until noon the next day but would try to diagnose it so that parts could be ordered. I was headed to Colorado towing a camp trailer. He let me park it in the back lot and spend the night there. He diagnosed the problem before lunch and had me back on the road in the afternoon. He was Honest with my situation and very Knowledgeable about diesel pickups. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good mechanic!

Hard to find honest diesel mechanics these days. After having the screws laid to me by another shop I was gun shy but Addicted came highly recommended by some locals. They fixed what the other shop screwed up and some additional workin one day. He went throught everything he did thoroughly. He could have easily told me I needed this and that but wasnt that type of guy. The other shop had my truck for 3 months!!! I will have no hesitation in using them again.

I had my 2015 gmc towed in because of motor issues. Within a few days Jason had a Diagnosis of a possible broken crank shaft. He gave me the best route to go with my Financial situation we came up with just putting a new motor in my truck. He found a used motor for me. With 145k on it. Coast a little over 15,000 in all. He gave me a set price befor install. And it only deviated a couple hundred from that in the end. He is the best around, so they stay pretty busy. Very pleased with the work done. Truck is running strong with no complaints! Thanks Jason!

Was recommended APD by a friend all the way from Maine. They took us in and got to work right away. Pricing was very fair and to the point. I feel like he may have even broke even taking care of us and getting us back on the road. Great guys! Family owned and operated. Couldn't ask for more.

I was in the middle of a 2400 mile trip pulling my RV to Oregon when it started losing power. I started calling nearest town Rock Springs and Addicted was recommended. When I got in contact with them in the owner (Jason) said they were busy but stop in. They identified some problems and worked me in to their tight schedule to get me back on the road. Even let me park up my rv in the back. They went above and beyond and my truck has never ran better! Highly recommended.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Needed Turbo fixed, had to return it next day with an oil leak. Took it back in, doubled the price to fix my EGR to cover his mistake on oil line and charged to replace O-ring he messed up. Vehicle returned with all my plastic motor cover removed and aluminum cover removed from my thermostat. Checked with mechanic, and he hadnt even checked the oil (after fixing leaking oil line!). Does not stick to quotes. What a joke!

Wish I could give them more than 5 stars! Moving my daughter from Idaho to South Carolina and we had problems with our 2016 Ram 6.7 Cummins. Limped it into Rock Springs from Little America on Sunday, and showed up on their doorstep hat-in-hand on Monday morning. Zakk got me in and fixed me up in no time! They not only didn’t overcharge me, they honestly charged me less than I expected. If you find yourself in need and you want someone you can trust, this is the place to go!

Highly recommend this family run business. I had a DEF issue on my 2018 F250 and these guys fit me in ASAP, fixed it, and got me back on the road quickly. I can’t thank them enough foe what they did. Honesty and integrity, along with the knowledge to get it done. A++++

This shop is 100% legit. I had a problem with my Common Rail Diesel Mercedes Benz and I had it towed to APD. They definitely knew what to do to get me back on the road. Basically, my fuel had gelled so they changed my fuel filter and added some fuel additives to keep it from freezing again. They also did an oil change for me. It wound up NOT starting again the next morning and Jason came right across the street to my hotel and got me back up and running again. So Rock Springs, Wyoming is kind of a place where people get stranded because of weather and that was my case. Wind and snow kept the interstate closed intermittently for about 3 days and l was literally trapped there so I decided to bail out and FLY back east. My plan was to with have the car shipped or to come back later when the weather calmed down. I wound up having the car shipped. I left the car with Jason and Zach and they were there to put my car on the transport vehicle. Jason said I could leave the car there for up to 30 days and he would make sure to have it shipped once I found the shipper. A week later, I had the shipper and they worked with them to get my car shipped and they didn’t charge me anything extra. I’m sure that the shipper arrived during NON BUSINESS hours too. They went above and beyond anything that they had to do for me and for that, I am very EXTREMELY grateful. I don’t know when I will ever be in Rock Springs again with issues on a diesel vehicle, but if I was, I wouldn’t hesitate to call these guys again. I’d also like to say that EVERYONE I met in that little town in Wyoming was EXTREMELY friendly..very nice people. I’m definitely a happy camper and a satisfied customer. ✊🏾

extremely knowledgeable, I was passing through WY and was having an issues with my Ram truck, I thought it was a turbo issue but they took a look at it and found a clamp on the intake was the problem, they corrected it while I waited and got me back on the road, my truck is running great and they clearly know what they are doing. Thanks Guys!

Spent $7000 at the shop and had to bring it back three times Because of fuel lines were not tightened and exhaust ports that were open leaking exhaust into the cab, Leaving grease on doorhandles hood latches And steering wheel! Employees telling me that I actually had the Audacity To bring in a truck with a dirty undercarriage! “I was motherf$&@$& who ever brought this in” Said there highly trained dodge mechanic!!

We were traveling through the area when we noticed our truck smoking more than it should! Took to these guy to have it analyzed and turns out it needed new injectors! Zac took great care of us! Truck run great and we were back on the road! I would highly recommend this shop, great group of guys!

truck broke down 30 miles outside of town, my transmission exploded:( , they were nice enough to look at right then for me so i could keep pgoin on my trip, they unloaded my camper and reloaded it up and did a great job . Great work and great people if need anything don't hesitate to stop

Our diesel gelled up at the 4-way stop near Addicted’s shop. They gave me a tow and then a ride to my spot at the KOA. This place is a total joke worst shop I have ever done business with but far! I would never recommend this place to anyone screwed me twice and about eleven grand later I had to get a new truck!! I only got about maybe 4000 miles on my truck before it went down and almost killed me because they are no good and they would not even try to make it right so I have been steering a lot of people away from these clowns!!!!!
