i’d taken my car here multiple times, and in the end, the honest answer was “hey, i don’t think it’s worth it to fix it.” and that saved me thousands of dollars, because i’d bought a shitbox car that had a bunch of issues i hadn’t understood the cost of when i bought the car. the first time i had to bring the car in, the technicians were super transparent about the issues, and the costs, and they were understanding of the fact that i’m a college student who’s not made of money, which made me opt to get my car towed here for help when it randomly blew up on me in the middle of the highway :,)

Customer service here is the best I've ever had in the auto repair industry. They explain all the work they're doing so you know what you're paying for. They have a very pleasant waiting area with tea and coffee, and even will drive you home if you can't wait!

Once again Rock Stars n all areas! They fixed my sons side mirror exactly when the said they would on time and even save the glass from the old one so it cost less than the quote! Honest and helpful , going the extra mile ! The team at Addison Auto is very professional and truly cares about the customer! Dianna was my first point of contact and she was comforting , took her time listening, and offered understanding and compassion about my situation. Tony always answered my calls about the process and kept me informed(even when I called multiple times a day lol) The work was top quality, u can tell they take pride in that and they offered a lifetime warranty on their body work. Tony went above and beyond by meeting my son after hours so he could pick up his car when completed and even gave him “how to break in a new clutch” advice. These personal touches mean a lot when u r depending on others for ur only means of transportation. I can’t say enough good things about this shop and my experience re: the repairs after a serious car accident with a lot of damage. They also communicated with the insurance company regarding the claim which cut down on my involvement and red tape which was awesome! I highly recommend them and they will b my shop for a lifetime! UPDATE: just had a brake job with the service department . Joe and Cliff very professional and timely. I appreciate the customer service as well as the honest , quality work… highly recommend!
